My grandson went to the McDonald’s in Elkins 3 times to get food. He ordered a bacon egg biscuits for me. They don’t know the difference between bacon and sausage. Those people at that McDonald’s don’t get anything right. I hope all McDonald’s are better than this one. I rated them a one only because they didn’t have a zero. I would give them a 10 for the worst.

This was my first visit to your location and was so disappointed by the service I will never return or recommend . The customer service was terrible. I was there on 8/15/22 @10:36 am. I took my grandkids for the dollar menu just to be told the dollar menu I'd available for lunch menu any longer. But the menu reflects a dollar menu so I don't understand so I ended up spending $16 instead of $6 the customer service was horrible I'm so disappointed.

McDonald's on Wedington is one of my favorites the staff is friendly and understanding. Not saying that people don't have their days would be an understatement so of course there will be some bad days!

Clean, friendly, and decent food. There isn't a lot to say because it's McDonald's and most of them are the same to me. The only thing that changes is the friendliness of the people and they are great here

I don't leave a bad review unless I receive terrible service five times in a row. In this location's case, the last five trips have yielded incorrect orders. The straw that broke the camel's back? Their absolute inability to get an order of ONE ITEM correct: Sweet tea, no ice. That's it. That's all I ordered. It was on the screen, it's on the receipt, and what do I have? So much ice, I was left with only 10 ounces of sweet tea when poured out and measured. Thank you so much for your utter lack of respect. This location is now a no-go.

They are ok. Almost every time we order more then 3 sandwiches at least 1 of them isn't correct.

*Update March 2022* Came and got a family meal because we needed something quick and easy. Decided to try here again. My 16 yr old found a long hair INSIDE her burger. Picture attached. DO NOT GO HERE. *February 2021*-Ordered at the speaker, paid, received receipt, realized they got the order wrong and asked to add a sandwich since they messed up the order (I was paying for their mistake already), and they told me no. She told me I had to go all the way around and wait in line and reorder. I then asked for ANY thing else that was already ready in the warmer and they refused. Told me I could come in (with my toddler during Covid) and buy a sandwich.

I waited 20 min for a simple order. Then find a long black hair in my food. My hair is red. Won't be back

I'm changing my review in regards to these pictures. It was done on purpose because really who leaves lettuce hanging on the box like that? I'm changing my stars to one until McDonald's gets it right again. 11/24/19 They are at it again. Ordered a grilled artisan chicken with no lettuce and this is what I got.
