Great customer service. Despite being very busy, they stopped what they were doing to listen to the problem I was having with my truck. Actually came out to my truck to check my concerns even though I didn't have an appointment. I made an appointment and had them do the repairs. I appreciate being made to feel like a neighbor rather than a number. Repair done on time as promised.

Very fast service. They preordered the part they thought I would need when I called in because I needed to leave for vacation the day after they could get me in. I got a call not too long after I dropped it off and they had fixed my problem. The staff were friendly, respectful and professional. I will use them again.

UPDATE: Just noticed this review from 2yrs ago. I've used J&B numerous times since then (I really beat the heck out of my truck) and I can say I couldn't be happier. These guys know what they're doing and they do excellent work at highly competitive rates. Did great work on short notice, no hassle. No silly little job either... we're talking CV joint/Wheel Bearing issues handled like the true professionals they are. Highly recommend. Less expensive than other Auto-Repair centers around Harrison, and far better/trustworthy work than I've had at at least 2 dealership garages. Definitely Highly Recommend!

Previous experience was good. Picked up my truck late on Friday and noticed it got some body damage while in their care and the problem they were to fix is not completely repaired.... I'll update my review once we had an opportunity to discuss .
