These guys are great. I had a backhoe tire come off in the middle of the field. Called at 8:15 on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Chad was on site within an hour, and had me fixed within an hour of that. Mr. Gillham and his crew are great to work with.

I love this place. I have used Arkansas Tire for many years. Beyond the fact th hat I purchase tires there, I also utilize their other services; oil change, brakes, etc. They are always ready to help, they are always fair in their pricing, and they always stand behind the products they sell and the services they p rye provide. Good, honest people such as these owners are extremely rare. I love this place.

Honestly had the worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while. The woman at the counter wouldn't speak and the guy beside her even looked taken aback by her ridiculous customer service. I was also not informed of my car being finished, so not too enthused there. The waiting room was old and I just wouldn't recommend waiting in there. At least my tires are good, but for that price they better be.

Slow and very poor interaction with their customers. Took a tire & wheel for a simple mount & balance. The two gentlemen at the counter were more concerned with a personal conversation with another gentleman (20 min I waited) then asking if they could help me. The young lady behind the desk made it very obvious that she was refusing to look to keep from making eye contact so she wouldn't have to assist anyone. Once I was asked what I needed, I was told to just carry my stuff around back & tell "them" what I needed. Once in the shop, the wait time began again, no one seemed to be concerned I was there, let a known ask what I needed. As I stood, two cars were driven out of the shop and three were driven in. I finally asked the guy driving the cars in & out to see if he could assist me... I waited another 25min to finally get my tire mounted. Will not go back nor recommend them.

They take the BEST care of my car and they're honest. Also, their prices are just right. I love these guys. They don't spare any details when it comes to check out. They let you know exactly what you need and they don't take advantage of your time. Fast and reliable service at Arkansas Tire Co. I highly recommend them.
