4 stars at the first o'reilly's, who didn't have in stock the parti was needing for being overly helpful, getting me the part number and checking other stores for me. He Found what i needed at another store. I'm glad i had the part number in hand bc the 2nd guy wasn't friendly at all. Acted like someone peed in his cheerios.

I was very impressed by this store and staff each person was friendly, imformative, and willing to go that extra mile to help me find what was needed. The store was clean and cool inside despite the heat wave going on outside( we are having record setting heat wave this week). I would recommend to anyone from a fast-food worker to CEO of a big company this place will treat you equally.

Mckree is an amazing & very professional staff member. He greets people & offers to help them even before the customer ask for it. I call that customer service. This guy should be in line for the next promotion. He makes people feel welcomed. Hopefully, the manager of the place reads this & realizes he has a great asset.

Workers are very helpful. They will show you where the items are on the shelves not just tell you to look in a certain place. Willing to advise you about the different products and recommend what they have had success with in the past.

Store manager does a lousy job training his staff. New guy sells me the wrong calipers, then I go back to buy another one for the other side and find out that I had been given the one for a 16 " wheel instead of a 17" wheel. Then I discover that the store doesn't have another caliper so I return the wrong part and get the core back and sent to another store to get the correct parts. The clerk told me that the other store would be able to straighten everything out. Well that was not correct because they sent me back to the Airport Road store to get the refund for the wrong part. What a total mess! I do not recommend relying on O'Reilly Auto Parts store unless you have a lot of time to waste and don't mind being jerked around! The Store Manager is a rookie and needs much more training!
