I've been going to this place now for about 2 years. I typically go every 2-3 weeks for a cleanup on my hair as I like to keep the sides clean with a bit of a fade. My experience has always varied depending on the person cutting my hair. Sometimes they make mistakes, sometimes they leave you walking away with what looks like a $50 haircut. My most recent experience was unpleasant enough that I decided to write this review. The lady (I didn't catch her name) was nice enough and I don't necessarily put blame onto her as I don't believe she has cut my hair before. But she read through my notes, I informed her of how I like my hair, and then she began. I had to ask midway through the haircut for her to shave it all off. I don't know what style she was going for or if she even knew how to cut hair but what I requested and what I received are so far off that I honestly should have just done it myself. Once again, no disrespect meant towards the woman. But I am forced to take my business elsewhere if I want to receive a consistent, worthwhile haircut from now on. Don't let my review dissuade you from going here, they are wonderful people. I, personally, will not be going back. Service: Haircut

This is the only place my husband and my sons get their hair cut. All the employees are awesome and super nice. The wait time is not bad either.

Mrs. Harmon is absolutely amazing. I have seen her with other clients and she has worked on me recently now fixing 2 years of damage I did to my own hair. Fantastic. She talks and is caring and listens and has such a wonderful personality. She is very gentle and playful with kids. I would recommend her to anyone anytime. Service: Haircut

Went today for a haircut and everything went pretty normal not the best but adequate. We had paid and left as we were walking to our car one of the stylists opens the door and yells loudly infront of everyone that we didnt pay our bill. Besides being very unprofessional it was very rude and embarrassing. So we go back in and have to stand there in front of the whole staff and all the customers after just being accused of basically trying to steal a haircut for her to just say "oh it hadn't updated yet"..No sorry ..nothing...so I wished her a Merry Christmas and left. I doubt I will ever want to show my face there again and will never recommend them to anyone..Just wanted to say thanks for embarrassing me in front of my family..great way to start off the holidays..Merry Christmas Service: Haircut
