Rasha is very friendly, tech savvy, and professional. She was also very patient. She carefully explained to me how to use my new phone and how the new data GB function. In addition, There were different times that I had come with other issue with my phone plan. Like wonder woman, she solved all my problem. If you ever feel lost and need help go to Rasha.

Shout out to Dominic for being the WORST employee to have ever helped me at this location. My iPhone 11 Pro Max decided not to turn on one morning so I went to this location and Dominic assisted me in getting a new phone. Everything was fine and dandy until the new bill came. This dude not only changed our plan to a higher one without my knowledge but also added a line, added SEVEN add on features and signed us up for additional protections all with zero authorization from me. So now our normal $192 phone bill is now $308. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Stay away from this location! Their managers name is Rasha and she will straight up lie to you. When you're making a purchase they're super nice but then when you come in for anything they just tell you to call a phone #. Once your sale is complete they are also done with you. I purchased the a screen protector she said i can come in and get it replaced anytime and they would do it for me no charge i went in today and they didn't have a screen protector and then she tried to charge me for it. She didn't care just said sorry that you're confused I'll cancel the screen protector. I emailed the district manager about the behaviors and I still have not gotten a response. Do yourself a favor and don't come here

Went in this morning (4th of July) to buy a phone because my phone crashed yesterday and I wanted to replace it quickly. Store was nice and clean, but the rep working was incredibly slow. I understand the frustration of working on holidays as I worked in retail for many years and had to do the same, but it seemed like she didn't really want to help us. She was helping someone when we entered (10:40) and was already in the process of ringing him up. There was one other customer ahead of us. While we waited, 3 or 4 more customers entered. Not one of us were greeted and we all stood awkwardly. By the time we left, it was 11:15 and she was still working with the first customer, slowly cleaning his phone screen. He even awkwardly looked around at everyone like he was sorry. I realize that these things can take time, but this seemed deliberate. I was totally ready to purchase a new phone too. Very disappointing. Also, Google listed the opening time as 11 and had it been correct, I would have been there at 10 when it actually opened...
