I sent a box last feb 2, 2022 and until not delivered check status they wrote the wrong city on their system why not check the box and compare it to their system and see why thwy have prob delivering it. I even called and told them the correction and still not fixed still the wrong city appear in theur system. Lesson learn not sending box thru them again.

Ived been sending boxes for long time and this is my First time for me to send boxes with this company and was so very much disappointed because I lost some of the items which it didn’t reach to my family.never again to use this forwarder.

So far, this is the worst cargo forwarder I’ve ever encountered with. Picked up my boxes on sept 5 and delivered on Dec 5. It took for 3 months —90 days!!!!!!! and they told me just took for about 45-60 days long and besides that every time we follow up they keep pointing fingers... and gave us wrong and invalid info. So much headaches and so frustrating!!!! Don’t wanna ship my packages with them anymore. Besides it takes too long, they don’t have a system— can’t locate where exactly the boxes at and when gonna have or deliver it. In my opinion, Don’t deal with them or else you will regrets.
