I had worst experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased dinning table and chairs. It was totally different lots of yellow and black lines on marble I didn’t like it at all When I reported to customer care they send technician to check the table and technician told me that I can see issue is there, I will give me recommendation to give compensation or exchange. When I called Ashley customer care they we can't do anything since Technician said there is nothing wrong with it At least I called them twenty times but no results, I had worst experience with Ashley and I will never buy any furniture from them.be careful about your purchase they will not exchange once it’s delivered

I wish if I can give that store 0 star . I buy a dinning table from this store. they show me really nice dinning table at store but when they delivered to my house it was totally different. So I call right away to customer care they said store material is always different than delivery products I said wow . But I didn’t like this table at all after one month everyday they make new excuses finally they sent technician and they said technician said it’s normal. Finally they hardly refused to returned my table. Unfortunately I have to throw this table to garbage . Because this store doesn’t know how to take care of customers they don’t care about your money also . Store manager and their salesman has very nice behavior till you are in store . When you pay and found anything wrong in your product and want to return them see how these people change their behavior. I never seen this kind of horrible service in my life . Very disappointed

I love this store because of the quality of their items but the staff is horrible. The day I visited there was absolutely no women working and about 9-10 salesmen. The men are very forward, abrupt, and pushy with trying to get sales. When not harassing their customers, they all stand around huddled , just staring for their next prey to walk through the door. I ended up purchasing 1 couch based solely on the price and needed assistance putting it in my car. After bringing my car around to the front, I walked back into the store and asked the gentlemen if he could grab someone to help me. He proceeded to ask me 3 times if I paid for the item and “ who did I give my money too”. Obviously, because me telling him 3 times I paid for it and what service associate helped me , and the couch already being set by the door, wasn’t enough. I’d only recommend this place because of the reputation of their furniture. As far as the staff, steer clear. It would be nice to see women employed in the establishment next time

Lovely employees, but a system error took down all the computers. No transactions were possible. I felt bad because they lost a lot of business. But my interactions with employees was fantastic. The store needs serious IT support.

I had worst experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased dinning table and chairs. We rarely use that dinning set still we found couple of bubbles on table. When I reported to customer care they send technician to check the table and technician told me that I can see issue is there, I will give me recommendation to give compensation or exchange. When I called Ashley customer care they we can't do anything since Technician said that is happened due to customer use even since first I putted plastic cover on table to save from any damage. At least I called them twenty times but no results, I had worst experience with Ashley and I will never buy any furniture from them. Thanks

Darnell Carter was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, really asked questions to see what we were looking for, gave thoughtful insight for real life scenarios regarding the pieces we were looking at, and made the whole process seamless. Definitely looking forward to working with him in the future on other planned purchases.

Picked up a few bedroom pieces fairly late on a Sunday with my partner. We were greeted by a very friendly employee named Steve. He immediately made us feel at home, and guided us around the showroom to find the dresser chests and nightstand we were looking for. We took up a LOT of his time, and eventually I realized that we had kept him over an hour past his shift! I'm glad we were able to give this store and Steve the business. He really does take the time to determine what a customer needs, not just what a store might hope to sell you. Good people here, including a manager named David (if I remember correctly). Awaiting delivery on our furniture, so this review only covers the fab service and attention we received in-store.

I had a very pleasant experience. We weren't sure what kind of rug we wanted but Steven Jewell helped us find what we were looking for and feel great about our purchase. We will be asking for Steve next time we are in.

Waited nearly an hour to get the attention of a salesperson - I was ready with my choice. Two salesmen responded to my call for help, one said I should go on-line to buy piece I wanted: faster and cheaper. He was right, but then site showed that piece was on backlog, 3-5 months to get it. Ready to leave store in frustration. Finally salesperson named Erica, said she’d be happy to help and in 10 minutes, I was done. You’ve got to improve training on the 6 males disguised as salesmen at this location.

First the service was impeccable. Vince helped us as soon as we walked into the door. Asked what we were looking for and immediately found exactly what we described and offered comparable alternatives. He was patient with our questions and stayed with us through the entire experience. We are very pleased with the quality of service this location has to offer. The furniture, as well, is top quality and affordable. We are so excited for our free delivery and set up in the next 4 days! I highly highly recommend asking for Vince to help with your next furniture shopping experience.
