Got my vehicle alighted here they did a great job price was reasonable only complaint is I was accidentally charged $80 on my credit card so now I have to go back to get refund, yet the lady was very apologetic and was extremely nice!

I had tried a couple of other highly rated repair shops in the area only to be disappointed. I decided to try Concord Tire Center and couldn't be more satisfied. Simon is the real deal, honest and trustworthy. He is taking care of five different vehicles in my family for mechanical repairs and tires. If I could give 100 stars I Would! EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF and EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Simon went above and beyond to take care of me and the entire experience was great! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything! I have been there multiple times and the service, overall experience has always been consistent(GREAT)!
