The lady working this pharmacy so rude, many time I came here ask question about prescription she even want to answer it, one time she was working on my medication and in the meantime another customer come she asked me to wait and she talk to that customer in vietnamese after finished she go inside the room and I waiting almost one hour, I’m so mad I asked the guy over there again to ask her for my prescription then she came out, when I walk out three of them laughing behind me, it’s so bad ethics for these people.

The pharmacist Christine was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She took care her time answering my questions and listening to my concerns. She helped me transfer my prescriptions and made sure everything got done quickly. Thank you.

Una de las gerentes es muy déspota. Lack of proper communication and impatient at customer service. I followed all instructions and there was still misunderstanding due to lack of a proper response over the phone before going in store. Cvs photo online is no better.

Definitely changing all prescription to another pharmacy! Takes 3 days to get a prescription that should of been filled immediately. Never answers the phone and always hangs up if they do answer! Horrible customer service and pharmacy! Go else where dont waste your time!

This stores pharmacy has drastically dropped in customer service. I get a lot of my prescriptions here and are never ready when they say . Excuse is always oh we are just 2 and we have to take lunch.

I still havent gotten my meds. It's going on the second day. They've been telling me they have questions about my prescriptions, my doctor has repeatedly called them back and answered their questions. Yet, they still dont have my prescriptions ready. They dont call you back either. I've been doing all the calling, which is hard to do when I'm coming off Effexor because they havent filled the prescription yet. Also my blood pressure is 190/110, they didn't have the prescription for it in stock. I had to drive down to get a couple of loaners. They never called me. I just drove there to find out what was going on. That's when they decided to give me the loaners. So far they've been the Worst Pharmacy I've ever tried.

Just went to this CVS person in front counter was very rude when I asked a question , she is a heavy set white woman with glasses she looked like she's in her late 20's or early 30's people like that shouldn't be working in retail , at least not in the front end of the store "maybe" in the warehouse !!! Really bad attitude !!! I'm putting 1 star because if I don't it won't post this comment if it was up to me " No Stars" !!!!!!

LOVE the pharmacy staff! They all know me and never get anything wrong. They go above and beyond to make sure you walk out of there happy. would recommend this CVS to anyone. Thank You!
