The ENTIRE staff was rude and disrespectful, cussing, making jokes. And they not even attending to my needs. I told them a store sent me to see if they had a phone. And called the store to argue!! What kind of service is this. I hope they close this location!! Terrible terrible service and people!!

The entire staff was rude, unprofessional and seemed to lack knowledge and experience. At no point did I feel welcome. At no point did I feel reassured that my questions or issues were important to them. At no point did my agent seem friendly or interested in my interaction. At no point did I feel confident in what my agent was doing to my account or to my devices. I left this location in the middle of a transaction and returned and Only stayed and endured this horrible experience because they were the only store I could find the I Phone 13 Pro Max In my area. I couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed with my experience at this location and with my agent. I'd like you guys to know that this store and that particular agent really is a shame and embarrassment to the T Mobile brand and to customer service and proficiency in general. Hopefully this feedback will enable this location to receive a closer look and a significant upgrade in brand experience expectations as to provide all future customers with delightful experiences they can be proud of and that T-Mobile can be proud of as well.

This store has the worst customer service. Everytime I solicit that store the customer service is horrible. They are unwelcoming and always unwilling to help but they are not busy. don't go in at 7:00 pm before they close at 8:00pm because you the type of help you will get is laxed. Last night all I wanted was to transfer my data to my new thousand dollar phone that was purchased at that location. Because I didn't arrive at 7:00 pm the young guy said you need to arrive before 7:00pm. Well you should have stated that 30 days ago when I purchased the phone. All he had to do if he didn't want to help me was assist me for the last 30 minutes because you still on the clock and I could have finished at home. Instead all 3 employees just walking around not doing a dam thing and not one of them tried to help me. Just lazy not just the rude young man but all of them every time you go into that location. Returning the phone and switching over to Verizon. He actually thought I cared about a hundred dollar restock fee not at all. Customer satisfaction is 100 when I was nothing but pleasant and he was just outright don't give a hoot. I will take the "L".
