I had made a reservation with a different location at first. I get there the system is down only an hour before closing. I had a car full of stuff and nowhere to put it. I called customer service and she told me about the the Pullman location. It was 15min to closing. I get there to be greeted with a smile and a 'No Worries' attitude. Eric was so kind and extremely helpful, patient and professional. He not only provided me with what I needed but made 'My Everything Gone Wrong Day' to a Happy success. Thank you again Eric for providing me with exceptional customer service and going that ex step to accommodate my needs.

I went around looking for storage places to store a few bins I had that didn’t fit in my current garage. This was my first time looking to renting one and had seen and stopped by a few others around my area but Life Storage was the one I chose. Walking through the door I was greeted by Samantha and another associate of hers and they were so kind and helpful. They went over everything with me in detail, gave me a preview of how big my unit was and also were super accommodating on anything else I needed to make this process an easy one. Looks like they have a new building coming in with more storage units, going through the gates to get to the bays the road seems to be a bit under construction with all the gravel but I had no issues once getting inside. Their facility was well kept and I did not see any trash or other alarming red flags to make me second guess leaving my belongings here.

Andrew and Samantha provided us with the best moving experience I ever had! Between the van, the deal that life storage had, and the clean facilities, I cannot recommend this place enough! They were very friendly and responsive. If I need a storage facility again I will 100% be returning!

Wow, this place is really great because its managed by really great people! Samantha was an awesome person to deal with and made the process of both securing a unit and eventually parting ways when I no longer needed it a cinch! Would highly recommend this to anyone. Lot is also monitored 24/7 which is great piece of mind.
