Not a great experience. Not only did I get a smaller car then what I reserved and already paid for but I got charged a late fee extending my days of rental. I was told that they didn’t have any other vehicles when I go in to pick up the car. And when I called to extend my rental, a male worker on the phone didn’t make a note on my rental agreement so they charged me a late return fee. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to rent at this location.

Do not ever book at this location!! I made a reservation and when I arrived, they said they had no cars available. I should have checked out the reviews before booking here because I see many customers have had the same problem. The lady at the counter was not even helpful and took no responsibility for it. She made it out as my problem to reach out to Avis. I wasted my whole morning as I had to get a ride with someone to get to the location (30 minutes drive each way). UPDATE ONE WEEK AFTER REVIEW: Now I see they even charged my credit card for the rental even though they didn't have a car to give me. So basically, they are thieves too at this location!!

Terrible service. Had a reservation to pick up a car, but they told me none available. I checked online again at the shop to show the availability, but the guy kept giving me the runaround. What a waste of my money and time to uber here. I was forced to pay more for their “only” remaining car. I would go elsewhere next time.

Lousy place to rent a car from. Just read the reviews and you will see its a big gamble renting from this location. They won't have a car for you even though you made a reservation.

Had to extend car rental an extra 2 days due to family emergency. Was told on phone by the lady who works there I would not be charged a late fee or another day if returned before closing. When I returned the car I was charged a late fee and the extra day. The gentleman would not tell me the extra 2 day rate charges. So a rental that was originally 162 should have become around 290 for the extra 2 days turned into 412. I also didn't get my AAA discount. All this is on top of not having the car I was told I'd get. I asked for a Mazda CX-5 or similar, when I arrived I was told they had nothing like that, all they had was a mini van, I asked for a car and got a Corolla, which was fine. But if you tell someone you have what they are requesting you should notify them if you give it out before they arrive. Make sure all your employees know your policy. If you're going strictly by the contract your employees shouldn't tell the customer that they will not be charged an extra day if returned by closing. Contract says 2:30 but employee says by closing and don't worry about the 2:30 time. Even before I extended the car, I was told 11:30 return, the employee helping me told me as long as it's back before they close it's fine. Everyone needs to be on the same page, a customer shouldn't be told two different things. The car was dirty. Oh and they do not go over the car with you, no walk around pointing out scratches etc. Just here you go, return gas tank full.

I reserved my car a few days ahead in advance and when I arrived to pick my car, no car was available. No courtesy call to let me know about the issue in advance. The rep explained that my telephone number wasn't registered in their system because I booked through Hotwire. BS!! I've asked other rental companies and my contact information was registered in their system. So I ended up having to walk 3 miles to Hertz to pick up car!
