So I would like to thank Catherine in sales for her due diligence finding the right glass cover for my Mika outdoor ceiling fan, I wish all sales reps had the same customer service as Catherine.super professional and sweet.

Terrible customer service. I visited the Dublin store to purchase a ceiling fan and not only were we not greeted when walked in even walking past chatting employees but as we walked around looking at the fans no came to ask us if I needed any help, I thought I was at one of the local Big box stores where no one helps you. I expected more from Lamp Plus. well today the Big box store wins, thanks Lowe’s.

They have a pretty good selection in the store. So hopefully they have some thing in the store in stock that you like. They have even more online. It might take a week or two to get some things. The ladies and staff are very very friendly and accommodating very helpful. The only bummer is you can buy the same products from lamps plus on Amazon and get it the next day. Lamps plus sells all the same products on Amazon it shipped to your house and it’s returnable. I just don’t know how this place will stay in business when you can get it faster online.

If you are in market for fancy outdoor lamps - LampsPlus. Over the last 8 years, I keep coming back to this store for the very best choice in Lamps, fans, bulbs and even decor. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable - they will spend hours with you to make sure you walk away happy with your choice. There is a selection for every price range, and you are definitely not getting a deal here - but you will walk away with something stylish, high quality and special.

Catherine was SO helpful! We told her what we were looping for, and she honed in on her inventory and we found exactly what we needed. She was so helpful that we decided to pick her brain on another lamp that we are in need of. We did not buy the second lamp as of yet because we need to take measurements at home but will definitely be back to her to purchase another (and maybe more) lamps.

Amazed with this place! Such a wonderful assortment of lights, mirrors, lamps, decorative items, and professional and knowledgeable sales people more than willing to help, but they do not hover. Also, several stores in Alameda are not enforcing the mask mandate that just went into effect, but every one of their employees is respectfully masked, there are masks and hand sanitizer at the front door, and I was so happy to finally go into a store where professionalism and customer safety is respected. Will be buying my chandelier and bathroom lighting there!!!

This Lamps Plus branch location have great and beautiful selections of light fixtures! But the main reason we end-up buying all the light fixtures for our new home was because of the exemplary customer service that we received from Rachelle Bringham! Thanks to her great taste and expert professional tips/advice, we have a grand and beautiful looking Schonbek Century Chandelier that our visitors adore! And because we saw Rachelle's passion, care, and the sincerity that she put in work, we end up buying total of 11 light fixtures, 2 Chandeliers, 3 kitchen pendants, 2 bedside lamps, and more than 30 pcs of Led bulbs! We only want to give our business to Rachelle because she earned and truly deserved it. Stay sweet, kind, and continue being a blessing to others.
