Started at a different mattress store where they immediately tried to upsell me a $5000 mattress. When I said no thanks, they lost interest and ignored me. Went to Mattress Firm and they got right down to showing me a reasonable price range, explaining the differences in quality between prices, and letting me try each one. I ended up spending more than I planned to, but still saving a ton over the other store! Now I have a great mattress and I’m sleeping like a rock. Thanks!

This was my first time buying a mattress so I wasn't sure how it would go. Nisha was amazing. Instead of me bouncing from bed to bed trying to find "the one" on my own, she started me out by trying 3 different mattress types, then guided me through till I found the one. Very helpful and educational. Never felt rushed even though it was near closing time. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this location was great. I had done some research ahead of time and was looking to replace/upgrade my mattress. The sales person at the store was very helpful and provided details on a couple options within the price range I was looking to spend. He clarified all the details about returns, exchanges, and the steps that would happen during delivery. The delivery was in the timeframe they gave me and the text reminders were helpful. The people delivering the mattress were professional and quick, bringing the new mattress in and taking the old mattress away. I’ve only had the mattress one night and I will give it time to make sure I like it but so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Loved this place!! My husband and I were looking for a new king size bed. Went to the Dublin store as it was in a convenient location. We called ahead and spoke to a sales associate named Chesiree. She was amazing! We booked our appointment for that afternoon and she made the process run smoothly. When we arrived she was ready with different options and really took into account our preference and budget. We ended up getting the perfect mattress and bed frame without feeling pressured or rushed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to upgrade their bed.

This was easily my most enjoyable sales experience in quite some time. From the beginning to end, Vanessa demonstrated exemplary service. She provided a lot of information without overwhelming me so that I could narrow down my selection to the perfect mattress. She is so personable, charismatic and professional. I never once felt any kind of discomforting pressure because she is such a genuine and gracious individual (who also understands that the product sells itself)! My interactions with the other staff members were equally pleasant. They each added nothing but positivity to the store's atmosphere. The team definitely supports each other and communicate very well. I always feel that whenever this is evident, you ought to point to the quintessential leader (Vanessa in this case). As far as the product, I love it, I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT. I have a Gentle Firm Hybrid with the adjustable base and I LOOOOVE IT. I received my product the day of purchase, paid a steal of a price, and slept like I was experiencing the Rapture!
