My cat had a $3000 dental surgery a year ago and they damaged his eye!!! From that day on he has one permanently dialated eye that he did not have before the surgery. They said it would go away in a few days, 11 months later it's still the same. FYI 60 of 180 reviews are one star! Thats 1/3 of all the customers had a bad experience here!!! Don't roll the dice with your pets well being, go somewhere else. *update* a few months after this review my cat died unexpectedly. It's heartbreaking and angering to know his last few months were spent handicapped by these pure evil money hungry monsters that call themselves doctors. By the way they never offered to make things right or even look at him again, they just took my money and destroyed my cat.

We took our cat on last night at 6:30 last night . We were put in a room and a tech came in and took his temp and stated that he “definitely has a fever “ and. Took him for blood work . Fast forward to 8:15 and no one has come back nor do we have any idea if our cat is ok. At 9:30 the doctor finally came in and said that our cat had a seizure however her report states no neurological exam performed. I pushed back and she stood him up and noted he would not walk and did not stand properly . They took him for xrays to see if he had an injury. At midnight we were finally told he must have a soft tissue injury and sent home with pain medication. A day later he still won’t eat or drink and is now crying out when he urinates . I collected a sample and called the vet to report the new symptom and ask if they would like the sample. I was told no they would not do a simple UA. The doctor did not even have the courtesy to speak to me herself. I was simply told they don’t know what’s wrong I would have to go to UC Davis . This was a perfectly healthy cat on Saturday . They wasted no time charging me close to 1000.00 first thing this morning.

Our puppy was sick and had to be put down. It was really sad, but the staff here were very patient and sensitive to our situation. Very professional. We have treated our animals here for years and will continue to do business with them for all our veterinary needs

Would give one star if it were not for the kind front desk staff that helped pay for the unexpected euthanization of our adult cat. Services ended up being over $500 which I couldn't afford at 18 years old without credit. As of 3 years ago, they literally charged me an extra $50-65 to be IN THE room beside my poor dying cat while staff euthanized him. Already in shock, I agreed. He was so anemic he was barely holding on, and it was a horrible way to die and feel, I'm sure. I can't imagine what it felt like for him, but I also wasn't about to let my kitty Ziggy die alone without anyone familiar around. Do not recommend this vet at all unless you like being overcharged. The front desk vet tech was such a sweetheart, went out of her way and her own pocket to help cover our expenses.. God bless her & her kindness will never be forgotten. I still think about it to this day and I hope she reads this. A light in the darkness. Kindness and compassion/empathy go a long way, but I do have to say the Veterinarian himself didn't have that. Thank God for good Samaritans/people.

We came by to see if they could help with a patch removal walk-in. We got someone on the phone and they put us on hold as they went to ask if it was possible but she never came back on the phone. During this time I've called at least 6 local vet offices and none could take us in. There was this wonderful woman that came back from lunch and came to just check on us just because she cared. She was able to help our dog in a matter of minutes. The receptionist gets 1 star, the Bradshaw location N/A, the woman(S.W.) that is employed by this location is carrying the 5 stars.

I have a 7 week old puppy who developed cherry eye in both eyes. They started to bleed, called and brought her in, they took her right away. They were so calming and wonderful to work with relieving my anxiety and stress about the situation. I strongly recommend bringing your pet here.

I did a lot research after my dog was PTS .He hafterad stones which I now read is common .I let them know that I did not have 3000 dollars and one vet was just put him to sleep then like he was nothing .Then another vet came in said he would go ahead do it for 1500 I was so happy but yet I didnt understand that he was not confident enough to get stone out by surgery .They called in the middle of the night to tell my dog needed to be PTS .because he was not comfortable with doing the surgery and the cost would like 10k I now looked on line and cost are one like 1200 which I would have been able to come up with if neeeded because my dog was family .I had another vet that was willing to work with me but I really put my trust in these people .I got the bill yes they discounted it but I dont have my family member ,I think they think I am stupid and just believe what they have told me ,I feel disgusted and betrayed by them ,My dog was only 4 years old and heathly otherwise I guess his life was not worth it .I wish they just would have told me the truth I have to live with my mistake and although I am poor I would gave my last dollar to save my baby . What happened to compassion ?Is it now only about money ?This why we have so many homeless animals because they make it so expensive and not willing to work with you .Oh and one of the vets had the nerve to say well we need to get paid this all while she was telling me if you dont have the 3000 put him to sleep and stop taking all my time ,I feel cheated and I am sure they will move on as if his life meant nothing but it did to us.My baby is gone forever that is the saddest thing for us, I will only have to see these people one more time to pick up his ashes and I'm regretting even going back there BABY BEAR YOUR LIFE MEANT SOMETHING TO YOUR FAMILY !!!!!!!!EVEN THOUGH YOU MEANT ONLY $$$$$ TOO THEM !!!!!!!Q12: What's the prognosis for dogs undergoing bladder stone removal? Dr. Cathy: Prognosis is good; most patients do fabulously well. The biggest risks are associated with anesthesia. Once the stones are removed, they need to be identified to understand why they formed in the first place. With that knowledge, prevention of future problems is key to preventing future bladder stones.

I have been dealing with this place for several months due to my puppy breaking her elbow, and I can honestly say I will NEVER go back. Let's see, they wrapped her leg wrong in the cast for 6 weeks and now her foot is crooked, they lost the microchip that I brought in for them to insert while she was in surgery, my poor dog is terrified to even set foot in the place (most likely because of that mean woman Hilda), you almost never speak to the same person, and she had her last surgery 2 days ago and I've still yet to receive any aftercare instructions, even though I've called about it. They were supposed to email them to me, but apparently after you pay for their services they don't care what happens to your dog. You're much better off finding another place to go if you care anything about your pet. *Update: Today I received a package in the mail from this place (almost a month after her surgery) which contains the screws and plates that used to be in her leg. Gross! What a morbid thing to send someone in the mail! They didn't write a note or anything, just sent me her old hardware. There was zero reason why I would want or need this. If I didn't already dislike this place bad enough, I certainly do now.
