I've had my Lexus for 4 years now and Lexus of Escondido is the only place I take it. Great service department, great sales department, great cage and boutique. Clean restrooms and a 4 star restaurant up top. I've always had great service technicians and Bob Zepeda is the man. Conveniently located right of the 15 in Escondido, this is my go to car place!!!!

From the moment I walked in to weeks after I purchased my car, I felt very welcomed at Lexus and very supported. The associates were friendly and helpful. Marvin was very patient with me and assisted with everything I needed to know before purchasing. He took the time to show me all the key features and never pressured me into buying anything. He only listened to me and my needs. I went to several other car dealerships, but ended back here because of the great service. I would definitely return for future needs.

Loved our experience with Lexus Escondido! Bob found the prefect vehicle for our family. We initially were hunting for an RX450h. Bob showcased the Es300h ultra luxury and we absolutely adored it. Test drive and talked some numbers and off we were to make a deal. Bob throughout the process was amazing. Every crazy question we had Bob was there to answer and resolve. Met with K as well and she was awesome too. Helped us get the deal we wanted for this beautiful vehicle! Lexus Escondido is a place I will certainly continue to buy again! Quality service and quality vehicles can’t beat it!!

Friendly staff and organized. They always do a great job on my car detailing and have my paperwork ready. My ask for improvement is that the check in time to drive away in rental time tends to always be 40+ minutes (even when they’re slow), speeding this up would be great. Great staff and David Alvarado (service advisor) and Abel Jimenez (service manager) always make me feel welcome and taken care of. Joanne would be proud!

there has been an issue with my vehicle 2015 Lexus RX350 with the “check engine” light on persist from early 2020 while several services along with standard maintenance check could not resolve this problem ， don't mention the cost associated with these trouble shootings，which bothers us so much that we almost lose confidence at Lexus RX350 model. However，this time the service consultant and the management decided to do a thorough inspection with the“fine comb” and finally truly found the real reason leading to the misfires，and did a neat job to fix the problem. We are very proud of the excellent job well done with professionalism and expertise from this dealership.

Adam kept me informed regarding status of my car’s service. He worked with another company to get body work performed on my car at a reasonable price. He was on top of my list of mainly small items. I appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and personal attitude. I found that everyone I came in contact with to be friendly and knowledgeable from Adam, other service individuals, billing, and the gentleman working the cafe. Well Done.

This was a great experience. I was looking for a specific build for my vehicle and they had it en route. we were able to confirm it was exactly what I wanted and Michael was able to lock everything in sight unseen. We were able to arrive at an out the door price and there was no pressure nor last minute surprises concerning the purchase. A very smooth experience with Michael. Only 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars is because in my view, 5 would say that there's no more room for improvement and the second reason has to do with the dealer. There was a hicup in receiving the vehicle beyond Michael's control. He, however made everything right. I highly recommend Michael and the dealership.
