Larry the service person we worked with was very nice. He was quick to provide status updates and worked with his team to quickly get our car turned around. The repair itself was done well, everything seems to be in working order again which is great. However, the star ding comes from the last part of the service. I was told they "washed and detailed" the vehicle. Apparently this means 'spray the car with water and let it air dry so it spots on all the windows', none of the bugs were cleaned off from our road trip which tells me they didn't even brush it. Also there were oily hand prints on the driver door arm that was not wiped off. One would expect when spending over $5k in repairs they could take 10 minutes to properly clean the car.

Andrea Vega was a pleasure to work with. Kept me up to date with service and repair. Responded quickly, and even finished the repair early! Super easy to drop off an pick up, made things very easy transition. Set me up in a rental at no expense. I highly recommend using North County GMC for servicing your vehicle!

Wonderful customer care. My service advisor Derek Suda. Is very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my truck issue, during a courtesy test drive. And helped me resolve the issue. Car was accepted, service completed, and ready when promised. For some very weird reason, after the service, my outside air temp sensor was stuck on 68 degrees F, even though it was quite a bit warmer outside (82 deg F). After a few key cycles, the error self cleared, but no explanation was given as to how/why this could have happened after the service. Was not a problem previously nor after the anomaly self cleared. Did bring the car back immediately to show North County GMC vs. "customer states". I wanted them to physically observe/see the anomaly. As an engineer, I (customer) would like to understand what happened & why.

The sales and financial team was extremely responsive to my online inquire & contacted me the minute my car hit the lot. Upon arrival felt very well taken care of. My car had a deep scratch on it but they took care of including came to my home to pick up/drop off vehicle. Very pleased.

I was just visiting family in town but my truck experienced an emission system problem. I was on a tight schedule and the team in the service department went to extremes to help get the repairs made and keep me on my schedule. Todd, in service, was extremely helpful in keeping the focus on my repairs. I can't say enough good things about North County GMC's service department. Thank you!

the newer team here has really made a difference win service. I just bought a new GMC truck on Friday. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. Shay, answered all my questions and was truly a no pressure sales approach. He even went above and beyond with helping to take some accessories off my old truck and he worked really quick as I had a short window to buy and be out. Adrienne, in finance was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. Hannah, helped show me all the features of the truck and make sure everything was taken care of. Their service department, especially Todd, is excellent too.

Helped my grandpa buy a 2020 at4 last year and it was great the dealership was great until the first oil change they did. Came back home after the first oil change on this 70,000$ truck and they had left the oil drain plug loose so it leaked all over our driveway and we had no truck to use. They took it back supposedly fixed it and sent it back leaking oil again but they didn’t even know until I had mentioned the bottom of the truck still has oil. They proceed to take the truck back a second time and then blame a recall on a gasket on the truck saying that it was GM’s problem. So we sit here waiting for 3 months on a claim from GM to be told they denied our claim. Now North county GMC wants us to take our truck back or sale it back to them for 60,000 dollars. They left both sides of our driveway filled with oil stains that will never come out, 3 months with no truck o wait but they offered a Nissan sentra for a rental. Not even a truck or even a car with equal or greater value. Good luck with getting your expensive vehicles serviced there and dealing with there admin. They are all a joke from there head of director down to the mechanic who left an oil drain plug loose . Highly recommend staying away from this dealership
