Have only visited this branch a handful of times but each time the wait to see a teller is unacceptable and this time the process of cashing my check was absolutely ridiculous. I think the lady was in the wrong account at first!

Just one very unpleasant experience at this branch, the personal is very arrogant and now that Wells Fargo is setting so called rule about you having to register your self with your phone just wait is a very inconvenient for some people. For example what if you forgot your phone or you just don’t have a phone and they enforcing this added tools o make it more convenient it’s only making me think twice about having my money with them.

My 83 year old father went to get money from his account today. I understand all this covid and having lines. But my father has arthritis in his hips and has wires in his back. He told the person at the front door that he is disabled and can't stand that long. She told him to go to the back of the line. This is completely unacceptable for a senor that is disabled to be treated this way. It was close to 90 degrees outside and heaven forbid something media would have happened. These people should be ashamed how they responded to my father.

We had an issue with our account here and when no one else could help, Laura Solorio got it taken care of! She didnt just listen to us and say she would try. She worked on it a week until it was fixed. If you ever want a loan and done right...go talk to Laura. lla hable espanol!

Vibrant staff and attentive service. Lately I have been noticing that they are not opening more lines when it’s busy. Making wait times far longer than necessary. If you are looking for quick service best look for the next closest Wells Fargo location.
