Just went through drive thru at 11:40 pm, nobody ever came to take my order, there was 2 more cars behind me. After waiting for a few minutes I drove up to the window since the website says they close at 1 or 2 am, there was a guy in the kitchen and another worker made eye contact with me and just walked away to the back of the store. I figured maybe he was gonna go take orders so I went around again to the drive through and again none of us got any service. They just pretended not to see us.

I had a great experience. The employees were fantastic- they were friendly and wanted to make sure that my order was correct. I try to be very lenient when it comes to writing a bad review. But this time I just had to unfortunately write one. I order 3 items. 2 cheese quesadillas and 1 soft taco. I didn’t receive my taco. (This can be blamed on me for not double checking) however, my 2 quesadillas were so awful . They had some type of ham or other scatters of meet in there and the cheese tasted like it was old. Both of the quesadillas were like this, not just one. It’s very very disappointing. This is not my first bad experience with this location, but it will be my last because I will not be shopping at this location again. Do not go to this location!

I understand why the line here was short. The food was fine, not great. Some of the shells seemed a little stale and the chicken tacos that were changed to beef were still chicken. Not a lot of freshness or attention to detail, but it would do in a pinch.

I had a large order with a lot of tacos and all of my tacos were broken and had steak instead of beef. Really disappointing. This Taco Bell use to be the best and now it is going downhill fast! I will not be back. No wonder it only has a 3.4 star review. Such a shame!

They opened at 7am, I arrived at 7:30ish...I wanted a breakfast box and told me the fryer wasn't ready because they don't clean it at night, so they substituted the has browns for cheese and chips and the cinnamon balls got substituted with cheese and chips also...so I basically got a breakfast quesadilla with 2 cheese and chips for $5... it's not what I wanted early in the morning...the floor was very slippery(oily)...I thought I was gonna fall several times...I luv taco bell, but this was my worst experience with the franchise...

Went through drive thrue 7/25/ 2023 cashier Gabriel was very much in a hurry to take my order he talked way to fast I coul barely understand him he rushed through my order when I got my order it was wrong I ordered the taco supreme 2 of them and they both did not have sour cream that was the whole reason I got the supreme because I like the sour cream and of course I was on my way to work and could not turn back and have them make my order right because I would of been late.. I feel that he needs to slow down and actually pay attention when working the drive through. .

Seriously? I’ve seen this location closed multiple times in the past few months during normal midday hours. Either pay your works better so have some or get inventory in check. It’s crazy how del taco who isn’t even 1/4 of your company never has issues like this

We ORDERED taco supremes but just GOT regular tacos. Sprite had NO SYRUP added and was just sparkling water. We also asked for taco sauce but NONE was in the bag. They also didn’t have items in stock like the Doritos locos tacos, lettuce, and even nacho cheese. Like I know this sounds crazy and maybe we are over exaggerating, but these things really happened.
