We walked in there too add Mexico calling we were going on a trip. My son been waiting a phone so we asked the Manger If I could hook up a iPad to a phone and she said no I told here he wants a iPhone but I don't want too spend $700 on a phone and what is a good starter phone for a 10 year old she said a flip phone would be great for him it will be easy...I took her word for it and got it..went home and tried to use it and it was very hard too use. The next day I looked at the metro web site and seen that if u add a new line u could get a iPhone for $99 so then soonest I could make it back too the store was 2 weeks after I got the phone. I walked back In the store and talk to the Manger I asked here if I could get the iPhone for $99.00 sale price she said no that I all ready got the flip phone and that I should have know the sales and it was my fault and she couldn't help me to file a complaint about her if I had a problem to call customer service or buy it for $445.00 So I called customer service and flie a report and the lady said someone would get back too me within 24 hours and it's been 1 week and nothing has happen

It's just okay it used to be the only store I would go to but I went the other day and the girl named Jemmely was very smart she knew her stuff but she would not smile and was rude and kept helping other people and acting like my sister and I were stupid I looked around at the other clerks and they were giving special attention to the other customers..

I literally came twice to this location and some lady name Wendy as well as this other lady and the manager the manager literally yelling on the phone when I called her after I asked her for her name because she said I had to wait 30 days in order to connect anything on my account which doesn't make sense because she didn't want to go ahead and help me connect the line nor a tablet that I get $100 discount from my account and she was trying to charge me full price yet customer service went ahead and connected the line for me and 611 even said that they're wrong that they're supposed to be able to give me the benefit so it's funny how he said the next time I go to call them so then he can tell them how to do their job once I told her that like she started yelling and getting all ready she even click so this ain't the place you don't even do nothing to help nor they help to get anything done!!! Waste Of time here with these so call MetroPCS Workers ! They don't even do their job.

Worst MetroPCS experience ever. Got there just in time before they closed and even though I've been a customer for many years they still couldn't add a line to my account for the promotion they currently have. The 2 guys helping us didn't even know any of the promos they had going on. You would think after all these years of being a faithful customer they would be able to help me add a line but sense I have a temporary ID from Californias DMV they couldn't help me at all. Pathetic money hungry airheads that don't care enough about their customers or else they would at least know the promos the company is offering

My new phone is a lemon. I have taken it in many times and your 611 assistant had me open the the back thus causing a large crack. The phone did fall out of my pocket while on the toilet( 18") which did cause a crack. This phone was a gift therefore no insurance, in hind sight i wish i would have known. Im a handicapped person so insurance would have been a plus. I don't understand why an exchange is such a BIG deal. I was out of the country for two weeks with NO SERVICE THIS PHONE HAS PROBLEMS, IT HAS SINCE I GOT IT, IT ALSO WON'T CHARGE TO100% . What can you do to help me get past all the inconveniences?????. The staff is willing to help i just don't think i need to make so many visits to the Metro shop & i have to go to the main office to try to resolve the issue. Metro is the only carrier that has service in Baja & at a reasonable price, but a lemon is sour and Im very unhappy puckering up.

Don't get me wrong this place is quick-service but most of the employees I feel we're trying to rip me off just to increase their sales. I went in for a phone exchange because it's under my warranty and they forced me to buy a bunch of extra products just so they can do the exchange that is already under my warranty when I try to return it they refused. Horrible horrible service. They have a bunch of plaques on the wall for sales and such I wonder how they get it? The manager was not helpful at all I think his name was Jose or something like that definitely do not remember commend this place go to the Metro down the street or get a better phone service this place is garbage
