Visit was great. I was greeted by Eve, the manager, with a smile and warm Hello. My order was taken and created quickly. I was made to feel welcome. Great job Eve. I will visit again.

It was good, the scoops are now a little in the small size, but it takes good. Don't so much like the mint and chip anymore and that was my favorite, it is minty anymore and that disappoints me. On this night my husband got the banana Royal and I got the brownie sundae. It was fine, but she hardly put any topping on it. Like one squirt of chocolate and whipped cream. The whipped cream was melted before we walked out the door there was so little. I don't even know where it went from the ice cream place to the car, it was non existence. This is my reason for not giving them a five star.

It's Covid time so it was weird, but, the ice cream was delicious! Chocolate with sprinkles, mint chocolate chip and a root beer float!! Definitely a trip to make you feel "normal"!

Very clean and the employee was friendly from greeting me once I entered and even up to the very end when I left. Plenty of flavors to choose from especially on a hot day. Will definitely come back another time...on the many hot days up here.

The manager deciding to clean the freezer tub while people waited in line. When I placed an order and the “new” guy messed up, she gave me an attitude. Him being new isn’t my problem. She should have acted like a boss and helped instead of clean during rush hour. Who cleans at 6pm? We waited 26 minutes to get helped. Complete joke.

I went to this location to order an ice cream cake and another specialty item for a birthday. The doors were locked. Its 12:45pm on a Monday afternoon. I waited for about an hour, but no one showed up. No sign on the door, and the hours weren't even posted in the window, yet it shows online that the store is supposed to be open at that time. I called corporate, and after a 34 minute wait, I was finally connected to an associate. She states that all Baskin Robbins are privately franchised and they did not have any reason or notification that this location would be closed. She advised that she would contact the manager and have them call me back. The manager called me back two hours later. She advised that she was going to try and open the store at 5pm (same day), "maybe". MAYBE?? This is a business, correct? When I asked if she would be open on next Sunday, when I needed my order, she again said "maybe" and then asked me if I wanted to order right now. How am I supposed to order and pay without even knowing if I'll receive my order on the day its needed? Absolutely ridiculous. Is this really how you run a business? While I was waiting, I witnessed at least 5 people go to the door, only to discover the shop was closed and no signs were posted. Being the only BR in this town, maybe you should hire some employees to handle the business if you aren't able to. Also, from reading the other reviews, it seems as this is not a first for this location. I guess Cold Stone, who is open and dependable, will get my business.

First they dont even acknowledge you when you walk into the store. Then I waited in line just to find out I cannot use my debit to purchase a gift card. All I had was a $100 bill, which they cannot break. What a waste of time. I like coldstone better anyway. Better icecream, better customer service.

They serve great ice cream and are always trying out new ways to serve their many flavors of ice cream. The cost is a bit high for our area, but not bad. And the servers are friendly and patient. Making a decision is sometimes time consuming because they have so many choices.

Were greeted just as we walked in. The girl behind the counter was nice and didn't seem to mind my 3 year old's indecision on what flavor to get. She treated all other customers with the same courtesy.
