I have had only bad experiences at this lab. I have returned because it is close to where I live, and I keep hopeing they will get better. It doesn't. Today I had a specimen to drop off. I made an appointment yesterday. I arrived with my frozen specimen on ice. I finished checking in 2 min. before my appt. After waiting 20 min. I noticed my name was not on the board. I checked into another kiosk. It still did not go on the board. I asked for help. They tried checking me in on the kiosk...then took my driver's license to the back. I was light headed, dizzy and nauseous. There were no chairs to sit in. So I sat/ dropped to the floor. Another customer offered me his chair. At this point it was harder to get up than just sit where I was. I have a lt. total knee replacement. I needed an empty chair to pull myself up to get off the floor. When the man sitting next to me was called in, I used his chair to get off the floor and sat in it until I was called. When I was finally called into the back, I was very irritable, nauseous, and light headed. Workers there did little to expedite the process. From the time I walked in, until I walked out, it took more than 35 min. to drop off a specimen, for which I had an appt. The whole time I was there, all the chairs were filled, and people were standing in the hall, up to 6-10 people at a time. Why do they schedule more people than they can handle?

Made an appointment for the building on stetson in hemet and said they didn't have anything on file turns out they put it for the one on Latham. I called the number for stetson and confirmed to have the blood work there. Went to Latham and wouldn't take me since I was a few minutes late. This is not my fault. I don't even know why they don't have a real live person taking the calls. Now I have to miss another day of work.

The wait is ridiculous checked in at 9am and was told 3hrs later they are under staffed and are over 150 minutes behind on appointments the lobby outside the entrance had at least 40 people there is no more display on the TV to show who's up next or who has been properly checked in. If this location is so under staffed or had call offs they should be calling people in or sending help from other locations. There are elderly patients who are having to stand in the lobby for hours with no seating provided this is very unacceptable. I'll update this later with the final result of how long I actually had to wait in total because I'm still waiting.........So after 4hrs of waiting without being seen I made an appointment at the Temecula office my appointment was for 2pm I checked in at 1:55pm and was seen emediatly I was in my car and on the way home by 2:02pm. Great job Temecula office. Quest corporate you need to do something about the hemet office this was an unacceptable experience especially sense I had to take a day off work and I'm the sole income in my houshold.

I had my Oncologist office call me yesterday afternoon and want me to lab, blood work done. I wasn’t going to do it until today. It was Stat! That’s great don’t call me the day before and want me to rush around. I went to Quest diagnostics in West Hemet this morning at around 10:30 . I thought they would take a walk in at that time. No, they were busy. Put my name in and waited. Well that wait turned into an hour… I thought naively that even tho you don’t have an appt, they would take in between appointments! Nope, 5 people came in after me, although I waited! I kindly asked how long they thought I would need to wait.. I was told rudely do you have an appointment? I said no. They said all appointments go ahead of you again very rudely. Okay I said and left. And I made an appointment on my phone for 3pm . Rushed home from Temecula to get to my appointment 10 minutes early. Checked in with the link as I sat in the waiting if room. I got a text that they were ready for me at 3:08 I was in the waiting room. Nobody called me…. 15 minutes went by, then another 15 minutes. I got up to call my 86 yr old father that I make meals for and told him I’m runing late cuz that’s what you do. When I heard this mid age woman with pink hair screaming my name. I heard it. By the time I got off phone she was in waiting area talking to someone else, I said I am Theresa. She did not look at me but, walked away to another area in the back. She did not acknowledge me.. so I stood in the front office area and asked someone passing by should I go back there. The other girl said yes . So at this time I am above angry and told Pink hair if you call your patient make sure they hear and follow! No response , no apology! Then when going back to punk hair chair. She says no Dr. Orders. You need to wait in the front Lobby! Ummm ! No! After all I went through today with Quest! I said No! I am calling my Dr. And get those orders. Well, pink hair made me move to take another patient. Although there were many empty chairs left. She could have apologized for my wait, there could have been a receptionist at the front to verify orders coming in, there could have been more then 3 flipping workers that day tKing care of hundreds of bodies! I blame Quest for the way I was treated today! I also blame overworked individuals who can’t offer just a simple I am sorry for your wait! What is happening to our society anymore! Nobody can Say I am sorry, or excuse me Is it that hard? I will also be asking my Dr.’s for another lab to go to from here on out. Thank you Theresa Casey

Hopefully I don't get to come back to this place for a good long long time.. But if for whatever reason I have to , I'm sure it would be just as pleasurable as today's visit. I'm here bringing my mother to have some blood work done and the way the nurses talk to their patient's is outstanding. Their professionalism and kind manners are like I've never witnessed anywhere in the healthcare system.. They spoke to my mother in Spanish and showed her great care. Very clean as they have personnel constantly disinfecting patients chairs as they leave. Great experience overall.

I have dealt with pleasant people onsite but they have had problems locating my doctor's orders when I have been there. The people are fine. I just wish I could speak with one by phone. The computer wall won't let me. Can we get these computerized systems made illegal. I am always so angry by the time I finish dealing with one. If you meet me and you have designed one, you would be wise not to tell me. You would have 5 stars if a real person answered the phone.

I made an appointment since they suggest that you don't walk in. They make it very clear that if you walk in it's anywhere from a 1 to 2 hour wait time. I only waited 10 mins in the waiting room before they called me back. The office is new and very clean. Also the staff is very fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Sorry some people had unhappy experiences. I was unable to get an appointment in time for dr visit, so I decided to try walk-in at 6 a.m. There were already at least 15 people in line; i came prepared with magazines for an hours wait. I had two lab requests and I still was completely out the door in 35 minutes. I have always found this facility to be outstanding in customer service, time management and tech skills. I prefer appointments but...walk-in was great. Unbelievable how many people they processed in such a short time. Accolades to all your staff! P.S. I think I will start scheduling my appts. a month in advance because at 3 weeks there were none available. But so good to know walk-in works well also.
