I’ve used Comerica for all of my personal and business banking for 10 years. They are welcoming and very personable. I only know the Pacific Beach and La Mesa branches. Each and every employee from teller to manager are extremely courteous and professional. I will continue to bank with Comerica thru the unforeseeable future and highly recommend Comerica to anyone seeking a close relationship bank.

Been a customer with them for about a year and really want to like them but have pretty much had a horrible experience with these guys at every turn. I think the people are nice when you get a hold of someone but their technology and services are severely outdated, frustrating to work with, and more importantly nothing works as expected. I can't stress that last item enough. Automated phone systems, password resets, websites, etc... they just don't work. Very bad experience and it's beyond frustrating

First time going to the bank and last time the manager Was so rude refuse my services because he was in his feelings For no reason I Drive 161 miles to go there because there’s no Comerica Bank‘s around me I called before I came to make Sure everything was good I have an account there Got there the The representatives At the counter was helping me She was on the phone verifying my check because I want it $300 Dollars out of my check so she had called verify the manager came out the back Said this was not a Comerica check I said it Was he got mad I guess because I corrected him I don’t know He’s giving off a bad vibe Told the The representative that was helping me at the counter to hang up the phone then he proceeded to slam my ID and my check on the counter and say go to another bank and I say why do I have to go to another bank he said because he Never gave me a reason So I say am I being a racially profile and all hell broke loose but thankfully the assistant manager let me deposit my check she was a black lady and she said I’ve worked here for so many years and we never had any problems with anybody profile anybody It was just for me and my experience I wouldn’t wish on anybody she said he was a new manager but that doesn’t give him the right to treat anybody any kind away treat others the way you want to be treated and for the representatives Help me I feel bad for her because she got a boss like that
