Not so great service. Didn't have our drink so they decided to not to tell us but charge it anyways. Was able to straighten it out, but the practice is still undesirable. Always check your order when using the Drive-Thru.

Mayra was very rude was hurrying up my daughter to pay I will never go back at all I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Someone told her to not be rude or mean and she said she wasn’t but yet she was. There was no manager on duty because I asked for one and the girls said we don’t have one right now.

Terrible customer service, the man at pay window didn’t not even greet nor read back my order. Also, didn’t give me a receipt. Had to tell him my order. Lady handing out food also did not greet nor offer me any ketchup. Super rude, food was cold! The whole time I felt rushed and the employees seem annoyed!

AMAZING! I always love coming here, a few day ago I went to grab a double baconator mean and the staff were great in every aspect, service was at 100 percent. The fries were super fresco and the burger was juicy and perfectly made. Definitely comino back!!

Food at this location was good, service great. They seemed light staffed as expected so understandable that the dining room surfaces where a bit sticky. They are doing their best here.

This comment only applies to this specific Wendys. Food quality is nice, clean and well maintained building, and the cashier is actually nice and cheerful! For the past decade, I have really bad experience with this fast food chain, awful food and falling apart building, I hope this is not the Only Wendys that is actually decent!
