I don’t know if any of you have heard about that 7/11 scam that is going on but just be aware this 7/11 is one of those that copy your card information and spends money, I had over $600 stolen off a card that is only used for 7/11, and I was surprised when I called my card just for them to tell me this place has been stealing money for a while now and to launch an investigation with the police. Honestly was hurt because not only did I need that money, I kinda trusted this place cause I been to it so many times I kinda know the owners now I feel betrayed and annoyed.

My neighbor was scammed from her food stamp card from this 7/11. There’s a whole investigation going on at this store: they had a card reader attached to credit card machine and even steal EBT information. They took $3700 worth of benefits from her and her grandchildren. I had to help her with food for the month. I went to visit the store and the credit card machine had the classic marking of a machine that had the fraudulent attachment. (Which is little indentions on the hardware) you can see the defective card machine near the reader that’s close to the door. This 7/11 is EVIL and very shady. Be careful because many people have said they stole their info. My neighbor reported them to LAPD and state investigators for EBT. This 7/11 is under investigation and don’t even know it.

Twice, I’ve bought something from this store only to leave, open it, and find it is expired by months. Both times the items were in front display, meaning employees either aren’t checking for expiration dates or just don’t care.

Damn I had just bought a Large soda cup filled it with sprite then went to use the atm and walked out and left my sprite on top of the atm. Lol! 🤯 Anyways I just stopped by to get a drink and use the atm. (Careless ATM) and leave a quick review because no matter where I go in this world I always go to 7-Eleven! ***THIS IS A 24HRS LOCATION*** Staff was Knowledgeable & Friendly. I accomplished what I came for and overall the experience was good 👍🏾, but it is a 7-Eleven Location and 7-Knows Best. This location also features a Bitcoin Machine! This 711 is disgusting. It’s dirty, it smells rarely has everything in stock and the “fresh” foods are always wrinkly and clearly have been sitting out all day. The employees here clearly don’t try very hard… I literally go to the 711 down the street and out of my way just to have a better experience.

The place is fine, but the owner is an arrogant abusive man, he is a Hindu, he speaks very badly to people, as if they give away coffee to order one, even the children are treated badly when they all grab a slushie machine, it is very abusive and Adrián to have done something with this man.

I went inside the store with this really hot weather 🔥 I wanted a bottle of water so when I was going to pay for the water the manager that helped me said with a bad attitude 😑 that he wasn't going to charge me just $1 dollar for water. I was really thirsty 😩 but he said he was tired of everyone only wanted to pay less. so for me to get the water I had to purchase something else. That got me upset because I'm a regular customer so I told him that next time you need to have a sign that says you don't accept less then $1 dollar of purchase. I'm like so it has to be more then $1 dollar? He threw my change instead of giving me on my hand. That was disrespectful and with no customer service.

The fruit had mold on it, the worker skipped through the screen that gave me the option to cash in some of my 7-11 points for a discount, and then he wouldn’t let me pick my slice of pizza. I just wanted the one with fewer pepperonis, he yelled “NOOO” and tossed a slice in the box and handed it to me. All after I had paid. I won’t be coming back here.

Been here about 10 times since they opened in 2012 or so...no complaints yet. If anything changes on that front next time, I'll let you guys know. I've had some experiences at the 7-Eleven at 3rd and Kingsley Drive that I didn't like, but not here. But my favorite local 7-Eleven is the one on Western and Maplewood.
