My Alvarado concierge Art was awesome. Super informative and professional. Even though the car arrived later in the day than expected, he was apologetic and we weren't rushed at all. Horrible customer service. Seems like I didn’t belong there. Went in to purchase a car but the attitude and service was so bad I wouldn’t spend a penny. I would give this place a zero star and highly recommend not wasting your time.
