I wanted to take the time out of my busy schedule to go into a T-Mobile store and have my plan reviewed and see what type of deals I can get, I walked into this location and was greeted by Gilbert with the most energy out of everyone else. He made my experience well worth it. I appreciate the honesty and the thoroughness of his explanations on what my new bill will look like. He made me feel very comfortable with purchasing a new phone. I will definitely be coming back with family and friends. Thank you again Gilbert, I appreciate the time you took to help me out. I went in to trade in my phone and I was torn between the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 pro. Kenia was super helpful and patient with me the entire time. She knew I was struggling with my decision but she answered all my questions wonderfully! Thank you, T-Mobile associates! 😊🙏🏽

Got the worst customer service ever. I bought a protector for my phone, it came with a warranty, that meant that I could get a free screen protector every time it broke. They asked me if I wanted the privacy or regular screen. I want to try privacy so I did. But they never told me was that when u get the privacy screen you couldn’t switch to regular. I make a lot of video on my phone and with the privacy I can’t see anything. One of the workers there Jose was really rude and told me it was my problem that I picked that one. And that I would have to pay extra 50$ to switch to a regular screen. Never going there again. Might even switch to Verizon….

I am a Sprint customer and I went to this store to upgrade my phone and that of my wife and the person who attended us apart from not knowing how to do a Sprint upgrade made us feel a not at all pleasant experience, asked him questions and He ignored me and then I would say something to him and he would answer me in an arrogant way. I already told you ... In the end I can't explain that they didn't have the phones we wanted and he told me that he was already there and we were waiting for the phones. say ... And I told him the phones, I told you that I asked them to be sent to your house and he never told me that ... Last time I go to that store

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years, been to so many stores and this by far has the best customer service. Gilbert was the one who helped us today. He was very professional and helpful he assisted us with the best deal and upgraded our plan. Thank you Gilbert for your great customer service and friendliness. I live in Palmdale and will drive to this location from now on.

I went in to sign up for home internet, it was so slow and tedious. At the end the girl who "assisted" me misspelled my first and last name, email address and home address, and she was reading it off of my id card. This caused me many hours of phone calls to their "customer service" people to correct the information. The home internet still doesn't work right but at least I have internet. I'll keep it for now but will find something else as soon as I get a chance. I just can't spend any more time on the phone with them and the people at the store can't do anything right!!!
