It was a good experience. Staff were very pleasing, they gave us a good offer to our new car which is not expected. The only thing is that they promised to give us a check and that took them 3 weeks to release. They said they will mail but then we ended up going to Modesto to pick it up.

I was hoping they would help me with a difficult situation that I had to deal with where another Honda repair shop didn't fix an issue I had. I feel like different Honda repair shops should be able to work with each other and with me but Mistlin only said they would charge me like normal and I'd have to deal with any rebate or refund with the previous Honda location, which was in Oklahoma (became I was on a road trip). I did give them 2 stars because they were willing to accept my car at a weird time and look at it the next day, but when they insisted on charging me the diagnostic fee, I didn't feel like they were really willing to work with me.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TRASH!!! The pretend service manager Jason is rude, unapologetic, doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or customer safety. Service techs aren’t properly servicing vehicles, over charging for services, HORRIBLE customer service & only care about money, not their customers or taking care of their vehicles. Don’t waste your time trying to explain to them the warrantees you have or have paid for, they will ignore it, play stupid, make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about and will try to find a way to charge you some random fee. Won’t ever take another car to them. Nor would I recommend anyone to go there either. Plenty of other dealerships that are worth the drive and WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU!

Great attentive customer service. When we couldn’t meet their first offer, they were willing to change some numbers and we’re able to offer a payment that we could work with and we were able to leave with a brand new, reliable car 👍

Once I got service,personnel was very courteous and knowledgeable. I live in Manteca and was surprised that I could not get a ride back home. I wanted my first service to be where I purchased the vehicle, but the drop off and pickup was awkward and very inconvenient.

Everything went fine with oil and coolant replacement. The whole operation was turned upside down with a long going remodel so nothing was in the same place as the last time I was there. Work took 2 hours which was longer than expected.
