I give this business a 3 star rating only because I did not get the car/deal I wanted. It’s obvious, that in this time, the car business is a rough one and customers come away with the short end of the stick. Still, Yani and Luis in sales were polite and did a good job trying to make a sale.

I walked in with the intent of buying a new car. After meeting with John Torres and his manager, I walked out beyond satisfied. John made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. He was very personable and very comforting. I felt like I knew John for years after meeting with him. John and his manager helped me get to where I wanted to and got me into the car I’ve wanted! I bought a used car and they charged me almost 6k above the price that was originally agreed on because of “fees”. One of the fees was to a recovery system, I told the sales associate I didn’t want it and to please to take it off the price, he told me that it was already installed in the car and couldn’t take it off the price. It turned out that was lie because a week later I got a call from the dealer telling me to set up an appointment to have the stolen recovery system installed in the car……….. not cool!!!!!

Keven is the sales manager of this company, and I trust him a lot. I bought my CRv here and came in for every maintenance. He will confirm with the customer in advance. I just bought the original parts here at a reasonable price and good quality. A lot of car dealerships get a bad rap, but I'm really happy here. They don't make false claims, and they don't have to worry about getting scammed when they buy parts.

Luis Guerrero took EXCELLENT care of both my mom and myself/my fiancé when we bought cars this year. My car wasn't ready right away in the color I wanted, so I decided to wait. (I knew it would take a little while.) Luis was great about keeping me in the loop about my car until it arrived and has taken care of lots of other little details for us such as getting window tinting scheduled for us, so that we didn't have to worry about those details. He was also patient with my mom (who isn't quite so tech savvy) and with myself (I always want to triple check the details.) Thank you for your great service!

A local tire store created an issue with our accord wheel studs. I asked local parts stores and a repair shop for help finding exact wheel lugs and they were not able to help. Frank in the Metro Honda parts department was able to quickly take care of my issue. He had provided great customer service. Thank you Frank !

I was very nervous with making my first car purchase since it seemed almost impossible to get my hands on the Honda CRV I wanted during this time of a car shortage caused by the pandemic. However, it was such an easy and smooth process with Anthony Chan. I appreciate his quick responsiveness with being able to lock in my purchase for an incoming car. He was very informative and patient with breaking down the process of buying my Honda CRV, and he was super fair with giving me the best deal possible. I definitely would recommend Metro Honda for future car hunting/purchases!

I went here yesterday with my parents to pick up my first car (2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport) and it was such a nice experience. When you go there, I recommend working with the fleet manager Jimmy! He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire time and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. He even made sure we got a great deal! I can't forget to mention the fact he was extremely funny (and he was a leo like me lol) and cracked me and my family up. I didn't feel cheated or rushed during the process and he made sure we were satisfied with the car. Once we went to finance, we got help from Peter who was very funny as well and made sure to explain to us everything we were signing and what it meant. These two really made the car buying process less stressful and more fun. I couldn't be more thankful for their help!
