Could have been better. Only went in and got a line because the rep named Carlos was there. Very attractive. The owner or manager Joseph or Jose was very rude. Clearly has no idea on how to run or store or know about customer service. Very stuck up. Anyways thanks for the note

Very rude....very unprofessional for being that its a corporate store..the inventory is always low.. .they dont have a fax machine and they dont have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...

I went to several stores for unflagging my account restriction and they either weren’t able to help or they weren’t the “Corporate Store”. I ended up with the help of Zad, Daniel and Francisco they were very patiently to help with my request and finally got my issue resolved. I’d say this is the first mobile store that I experienced with no pressure of selling you unwanted service as well as doing things right! I’ll strongly recommend anyone to visit this store for all your Sprint needs. Keep it up, guys!
