Was very clean and well stocked. Aisles are VERY narrow, don't seem ADA compliant. Other than that they had everything I was looking for and were very helpful. Cherry on top was there was no line

I like that Big Lots has such a variety of things and it's not expensive. However after reviewing my receipt when I got home I noticed they over charged me on several items. Only 20 to 30 cents each but when you are living hand to mouth it adds up. I'll still go back if I'm in the area but I will be micro managing the ring up.

Not too crowded, great grocery items,furniture, decorations for any occasion, great deal and prices...but the employees need to interact with the customers, too quiet. Customer service is the key, that's why I gave 3 stars. I love that store it's an easy 5 stars if the customer service is great.
