This place is disgusting!!! I give it 0 stars!! It's filthy all over. The floors, the windows, the area where food is displayed is always empty and dirty, like nothing I've ever seen at any 7/11! There's homeless drunks outside and at the gas station next door. The employees and owners are rude as hell. They're not friendly at all! I'm surprised it's still in business. It gets worse and worse every year!

This lady has a bad habit of not giving you all your change. If you buy something and you're supposed to get $0.27 back change she only gives you a quarter. I asked her about my two cents she told me that she didn't have it, next time. Did you just force me to loan you my money?So how are you going to sell me an item that you can't make change for? But that's not the first time that she did that actually that's the second time so I told her that's a form of embezzlement, that stealing. Now all of a sudden her English is not very well LOL. Stay away from this store those people are crooks

Lol have you ever seen a 1.7 star review? I don’t think I really need to share my experience, but this particular store does not know how to redeem 711 rewards points. DO NOT let them scan your app. They will take ALL your points, and then lie to your face & tell u it didn’t work. Beware, it will take u 15+ minutes waiting in line, to just have ur points stolen & then leave with nothing. & u will b asked for money, change &or asked to buy alcohol by the wonderful gentlemen outside. I’d complain about certain store associates, but I feel like their lives r miserable enough since they work here. Avoid this one, go to the1on highland or the1on plaza.

The worst experience EVER ! I’ve never felt so humiliated infront of so many people, there was a spill all over coffee machines I understand it’s Christmas Day & there are bad employees as well good, as a manager at customer service myself , I tried helping the guy clean up the spill as I was trynna grab coffee , but he didn’t seem to want the help it’s understandable, so I decided to wait my kids wanted some snacks while we paid so I paid for them so they can wait on the side , I wanted to get a scratcher to wait as well to kill time, Asian lady at the register also wanted to charge me my coffee cup I said I’m gunna pay after I fill it because the one I wanted was only water and needed to be refilled stocked but since , the lady seemed so bothered and started screamed at the man that was cleaning the mess , she’s was telling me ok move I have a line I’m like I’m not done I wanted a scratcher also she’s like no I have a big line , it’s called a line and if there’s a wait people have to wait to pay also I waited in line too , such a headache ! I left my cup told the lady merry Christmas I’m trying to be patient and not rude I know holidays can be so hectic with workers , but if you don’t feel like working on holidays then just call out or find someone to cover the shift !

This is one of the dirtiest nasty S711I have ever been to. Shame on the management and ownership for how they run the store. It always stinks it's always dirty and they never have anything that anyone is Looking for. If you even bother to ask them to order something dumping in they look at you like you're crazy. Literally keep driving and go to the one on plaza. It is so much better.

Lady there seems illiterate or just doesn’t understand she’s an older lady greyish hair Wrinkles on face She was more interested in listening to another lady’s conversation I believe it was her co worker instead of tending to me in front of the register I asked for a pizza and she asked me a whole pizza I said no I wan a fresh pizza (pizza sitting there looked old and crusty )and she simply walked away. Smh where has the common respect or manners have gone these days ..

Coffee wasn't fresh at all... But there a sign stating if it's not fresh it's free. Didn't wanna make more then attempt to make more and ask me which coffee bag of grounds is it ? Like really didn't know which her products it was... I won't come here anymore or even refer them No stars

I honestly didn't think I'd ever have to write a review about a 711 since most of the time you just go in and out of them but this location is an exception. I grew up around the area and never had an issue until I moved back. I go in about once a month to pay for a bill. I always try to pay that bill when there are not many customers if any just because I know paying the bill can be time consuming. On two separate occasions now I have had to leave before paying my bill. The cashiers aren't fully trained. I completely understand language barriers and do not blame them for that at all but I did not appreciate what happened today. When the cashier did not understand the amount I was going to pay for my bill, she kindly asked for me to please write the amount down on a piece of paper. I made the mistake of not adding a comma (,) to the amount and therefore messed up whatever steps the cashiers have to take for the transaction. The cashier then realized she did not understand what to do after and asked a coworker for help. When the coworker came over I could not understand what they were saying because they spoke in another language but I could tell the coworker was upset and became impatient with the cashier. Then the coworker rudely pointed out that I did not add the comma to the transaction amount. I apologized for that and they kept going back and forth with each other. I ended up telling them I forgot something in my car and I decided to just leave. Again, I understand language barriers and that I made a mistake, but there was no need for the coworker to be so impatient and rude with both the cashier and myself. Upon reading the other reviews that date back a while, I realize that this location has many issues that the owners do not seem to care about fixing. I do not wish to get a reply "by the owner" regarding the incident because it is MORE than clear that regardless of the bad reviews, nothing has or will change.

I just did their inventory and just counting the product is bad. The staff wasn't very polite at moving out of the way for me to count. But upon looking at everything the place is filthy, super gross, I don't know how this 711 is in business. The staff kept leaving the registers to do something or were nowhere to be seen when customers would be wanting to pay and leave. The store doesn't pay attention to customers. They seem to just want to work and leave. I wouldn't stop at this location even if it's the closet 711 to your location. Just because it's convient doesn't mean it's the best choice.
