Place is clean but food is dry, taste old , might just be today . And they don’t bother bringing your food to your table so just stand and wait

Covid obsessed restaurant implementing crazy policies, self order kiosk closed, drink stand closed and orders can’t be brought out to the table, all this due to covid, in June 2022. Fresh food but average service. 2/5

0 stars this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible the female worker at the drive thru at 8:30 pm June 1st 2022 does not know how to do her job properly she messed up the order multiple times had me waiting for almost a half hour on top of that when she came back to me asked if I went around to the whole drive thru again for no reason when I already did and have been waiting for my order already idk whos hiring these employees but that girl doesn’t know how to do her job properly bruh sorry to say maybe y’all would get better reviews if y’all hired more competent employees that do there job

Pretty sure the employees just walked out lol. 9pm on a sat and the drive through was packed and no one was taking orders. Waited a half hour for nothing.

This is my neighborhood McDonald's love the place workers are great 99.99% of the time the lobby and sitting area is clean the bathroom well if you don't have to don't not cause It's a mess but the smell Im serious it's its its not good so like I said if you don't have to use the restroom dont. Update the bathroom Men's is been kept up nice and clean👍 Features: Covid practices are in effect

Epically lame experience. Was so distracted by the official 'sauce policy' at the pick up window that i didn't check my order. Drove off and bit into my hamburger to find it was vegan and patty free. Drove around the block and back thru the drive thru lane - explained the issue at the order board. Showed the first window my meat free burger and when i got to the pick up window i was handed a single patty in a box to add to my bread. LAME - literally laughed out loud and drove off as not worth the dollar fight. Thank goodness i didn't dare ask for any sauce with that - totally against policy!

Been here many times. Slowest service for any McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. No one here has their job pulled together. It’s amazing, McDonald’s is a process and a very efficient one, y’all need to be retrained on drive-thru. Edit: 04/30/21 This is the legit large fry I just got from them. Not a joke. Actually that empty. Shocking.

Wow terrible service!!! I placed an online pickup order and when I went to pick it up they wouldn't even speak to me because I didn't come in a vehicle. There was nothing indicating that I would be denied service without a vehicle. Like being in a vehicle is really going to slow the spread of covid
