La-Z-boy does not sell real leather. It’s at best genuine. They depend on their brands history because if they depended on their quality they would have dropped off already. I’ve been waiting on my leather recliners for 8 months now, and they bring one made of fabric. That’s another 6-8 weeks for the one they missed, if I’m that lucky. The leather recliner they brought in has a scratch and one of the arm rests is lacking density. They claim the scratch to be “ a natural scratch” 😏 A scar? That cow sure had Kim Kardashians plastic surgeon taking care of them.

The La-Z-y Boy in Oxnard was a great first time experience for me and my family. The store was clean, neat, great lighting and wonderful customer service. We were greeted upon entering. Our Sales Rep, Curtis was helpful, listened to what we wanted, personable and provided great suggestions from an interior decorator point of view. He came to our home so that we could compare the fabrics to our lighting and colors. We ended up changing one of the fabrics because as Curtis suggested, lighting can give fabrics a different color. We are very happy with we our choice for a recliner which gives great support for the lower back and knees. Our sofa also reclines and gives great support. They did give us a percentage of savings. I do see this purchase as a investment, and I know we will have these sets for many years to come. Thank you.

Love the furniture but HORRIBLE EXTENDED DELAYS if you need a repair, part or service!!! My recliner's foot rest got stuck in the up position. Multiple calls to Customer Service with 50' wait times, then gave up!!. YES nearly an hour and no one ever answered the phone. L O N G story short: it is now 10 weeks since part was ordered and the chair is still NOT fixed, unusable and looks horrible!! La Z Boy needs to step up their customer service as is unaccetpable!! OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE CHAIR BROKE, TRIED TO REPORT, GET A SVC CALL, PART, FIXED..... AND STILL NOT REPAIRED!!!! I will definitely not ever buy from them again. Even tried calling Mgr of Oxnard store for help as bought the chair from them. NADA, ZIP: GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU U R WISE TO SAVE YOURSELF THIS NIGHTMARE.

I like to consider this my “first stop” when out shopping for any household furnishing. You can always use the online Lazy Boy app if that’s more convenient. This particular Oxnard store location is very convenient to my Port Hueneme home. Less than 6 miles. I’ve purchased at this exact location before and I have been completely satisfied with their products, services, and especially their knowledgeable staff. There’s plenty of options on almost anything you’re considering. My recent purchase of their Hidden Treasures Bookcase was exactly what I was looking for. And, it was 30% off. My sales associate was Curtis. Very knowledgeable on all their products. I was also assisted by phone talking with Mike and Jessica. Excellent team work! I’m now looking forward to receiving the bookshelf. It’s been ordered and I was happy with the final price, including taxes and delivery. Ty.

When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman right away. The store was large with much to choose from. As the leading brand of reclining loungers we felt safe in choosing them, even though the price is higher than on-line. As a big tall man I chose an oversized one to be delivered next week.

We had a positive experience at the LazyBoy store in Oxnard. Jessica took time to speak with us to learn about what we liked and didn’t like and then worked with us to find something that fit our needs. She thoroughly explained the price quote and ordering process. She was genuinely interested in ensuring all of our questions were answered and we were happy with the purchase.

I went to this store in Oxnard 2 days in a row because my husband is very ill and I didn't want to over extend him. The first day I met Greg he was there helping out from another store. What a delight he was as my time was limited as I had to pick my husband up from dialysis. He walked me through that whole store explaining everything to me so patiently. Never once did he get impatient when I was going back and forth and asking questions. He wasn't going to be at this location on Thursday, so he introduced me to Kayla she would take care of us on Thursday. Unfortunately my daughter and family that had lived with us for 5 years was leaving for Oregon and didn't get on the road until almost 5:00pm. I called out to the store and spoke to a young lady named Claudia. She said she would help us as Kayla was on an appointment. My husband sat in the heat/massage chair Greg had shown to me and he didn't want to get up. We picked out the fabrics and waited for a call from Kayla to set an appointment for her to come to our home. Kayla came on Sunday, brought fabrics plus. We did change the fabric for our chairs but stayed the same for our couch. Kayla helped us pick out a clock that we will be able to see and a table that will fit between our chairs. All 3 of your representatives were delightful and professional. Would do business with them again. We are now waiting for our beautiful furniture to be made. Oh yes I learned that Greg and Kayla are husband and wife before she left our home. What a wonderful couple. Our experience has been wonderful from beginning to.........Will write more when our furniture comes. Thank you Greg, Claudia and Kayla you made an old woman happy. God bless all of you.
