I started coming to this branch it's very convenient and it's by Nostalgia Alley in the Blvd I met Ben and he was extremely nice friendly as well as Jenny and everyone each time now even on the phone I've never been treated rudely when I di my banking in person each staff always smiled and I'm always feeling welcome I hope others will continue giving a 5 Star I feel they deserve it

Excellent service. As a senior I get free checking and savings. Great online service and easy to use. I can easily follow my purchases and deposits. Perfect bank for downtown with an aesthetically attractive building and nonobtrusive parking.

This particular Chase branch is typical of most, which the exception that the customer service bar is set much lower. The staff is more or less non-existent. Yet again last weekend the branches ATM machine ran out of money. Despite consistent requests of the past 10 years that install another ATM - they refuse to do it. Extremely low staffing levels + lack of multiple ATMs to compensate, gives this branch a stellar 1 star!
