I purchased shutters a few months ago the installer Jessie was great. The problem is that these shutters were ridiculously expensive, they don't close properly. I am so angry that they malfunction continuously, screws working there way out so blinds don't close, then blinds squeak and don't close properly. This is my second call for repairs in less than thirty days. Then the repair guy calls to tell me he's running behind and has children to be concerned about because if he comes to my house it will put him behind for the rest of his appointments. Well I will not recommend this company to anyone. Like I want you guys to inconvenience me because of your bad product the nerves wow. Partnered with Home depot.

Bay Home and Window partners with Costco, which gave us confidence in the quality of their work and service. It's actually the 2nd time we used them, and both times we were connected with Beryl who was an excellent consultant for the types of window covering and strategically using certain materials, colors, shade mechanisms, housekeeping advice, and she also gave us suggestions on where we can save on money (like, putting in regular blinds vs nice shades in the laundry room since the room was out of the way). It also helped she was seasoned in the business and also had an art background, so she definitely had an eye for aesthetic! The installer was also professional, friendly, and carefully handled the shades, and explained how things worked. It was a great experience overall, money well spent.

He was endlessly patient, thoughtful, and really considerate of our design preferences, lifestyle (kids and pets!), and we are confident he helped us make much better quality design decisions overall. It is a pleasant experience to order shutter form Bay Home & Window company. I made an appointment when they did a show at Costco. The representative Michael was very knowledgeable; explained every thing to me. The window shutter that I ordered is exactly that I want. I am very happy with the produce and ordering experience. Only thing I did not like was it took two months to had it ready to install.

The person who came for the initial estimate and measurements was very polite, meticulous and helpful in making choices. The person who came to install was extremely matter-of-fact. I've got an issue with a shelf. I wrote a review about it and was contacted by the company. I was asked to take the review down pending the company coming to try and fix the mistake for a fee, so that is what I am doing. I am rating this four stars for now because my previous Yelp review was this rating prior to this issue being discovered.

Fifteen years ago we bought custom wood shutters throughout our home from Bay Home and Window. We had a great experience and our shutters still look great. Recently we remodeled our closet and had them back to create a custom closet. I had no idea how much we could love a closet. Everyone at Bay Home and Window was easy to work with they helped us figure out the design and utilized every inch of our odd sized space. From appointment scheduling to installation everyone was very professional and exceeded our expectations.
