Went here on the way out of town. I needed a charging pad and the cord for my trip. I had to wait 30 minutes just to buy it. Specifically asked if the plug and cord were included and I was told they were. I get to my destination and find there is no plug. How the hell am I supposed to use this. Poor customer service

Thanks Ernesto and Jeremy for their high quality customer service. I’m more than happy to deal with them. Even though my request took a plenty of time and patience these guys solved my problem. 5 stars

I brought my own phone to Verizon. Rebate code provided by sale person was absolutely wrong. He wrote it down 2 times for me. Both times it was absolutely incorrect. It took me two hours on the phone to find out right rebate code via customer service. Is that hard to read few digits and letters on the screen? And it wasn't the case when one letter is wrong or missing. The rebate code was ABSOLUTELY wrong. I do believe that was done on purpose unknown to me.

They don't respond when you have an issue, bought a jetpack a month ago it finally said it was shipped after 3 weeks never showed up and now it's going to be another 2 weeks before it will ship but I can't find out why because their internal phone system keeps going down, Verizon is a dumpster fire

Terrible management. We had only for ppl ahead of us and it took us for more than 90 minutes to get to see someone.

Upon entering we were greated quickly and were told there were 4 people ahead of us. We had waited about 25 minutes when another couple walked in, they were told there was a line and complained they had been in earlier in the day so the staff member said "OK I moved you to the front of the line ahead of everyone else". At that point we decided it was unprofessional and would take our business to a different store.

worst customer service rep is David. You want someone to answer your questions and setup your phone correctly, do not work with him. Horrible experience and he gave us his number to promote us calling him once 5G comes to our area so he can sell us that. I messaged him to let him know the phone was not working he said cannot help.

I wish I had gotten his name, but an employee at this location was absolutely incredible. I came in 30 minutes before close in actual tears from frustration about the Verizon chat/phone/online customer service failing to help me for over a week and giving me the run and around. However, this employee was extremely calm, understanding about my emotional state and quickly resolved my issue in its entirety. This man needs a raise or at least to be recognized. Seriously above and beyond.

I want to preface this by saying I have never left a bad review - and I’ve been to some terrible restaurants. 0 stars. First of all, even if you make an appointment expect to have your whole day available. This wasn’t my main issue because I understand COVID understaffing (the staff wear masks on their chin, why even wear one at that point?). My issue is that we purchased a protection plan to be included on the monthly, my phone happened to get stolen, and they tell me we never purchased it. I did find the original receipt and lo & behold, insurance is listed on the quote we verbally agree to. Don’t expect them to think verbal agreements mean anything though, despite the fact we sign nothing on paper and the final step to the process is just a machine to put your card in and pay. I can see why people are moving away from dealing with people in these processes and buying online. The original sales rep didn’t include the warranty in the final receipt, although it doesn’t list regardless online and we have automatic payments so it wouldn’t have been noticed anyway. Also, the store manager can’t account for $60 that was in our total but not in the receipt breakdown for “today’s charges” and was unable to print an accurate receipt… Exceptionally poor customer service because while he acknowledged the sales representative’s mistake, he said he couldn’t retroactively fix it even if she admitted she forgot to add it on. So the customer pays the price for the employee lack of focus on obvious details, and the manager defends a corporation who does not care about him. Will definitely be escalating this.
