Leah or Leia was extremely displeasing. She was extremely rude when asked a simple question. She acted as if we needed to leave her store because we asked if they took ebt. Never mind the fact like I had 400 cash In my pocket. It was just a simple question my friend wanted to know. The coffee center was disgustingly dirty. There was chocolate syrup everywhere. I am a floor manager and I work with customers every day. If I ever treated a customer with the same attitude and the way that she treated us. I would be let go and be in the market for a new job. Shawn is awesome and deserves a raise. I'll come in at 9 in the morning and he is there with a pep in his step and willing to help. He is so kind and great and wow I cannot fathom how he is so helpful that early but he manages to do it. If you see him behind the counter, you know your service is going to be spectacular.
