As a Kaiser Permanente employee, I was offered and opened a checking account with a $200 promotional offer. However, 2 1/2 months, 8 emails and two phone conversations later I'm told that the promotion was over before I opened the account! How convenient! It took nearly a month to get checks and a debit card. You get different answers from every person you call/email and the person "in charge" of their online services (Millie) is a real...Save yourself the hassle. Trust me...it's not worth it.
