I ordered for delivery yesterday and I got 2 specialty pizzas. I can honestly say that these pizzas were delicious and had much more cheese than the five dollar ones do. I am a customer for life, yum.

Terrible wait time. I ordered online a single pep pizza at 5:01pm and it said it would be ready by 5:30pm-5:35pm. I did not receive my pizza until 5:50pm. Ridiculous. Don’t come here.

Called n my order, girl repeated it back to me, 45 minutes later I went to pick up, the order was wrong...i paid for my order as they went to redue...noticed I was charged for stuffed crust pizza that I didn't ask for, got a refund that will take 3 days to recieve and had to pay for new order ...after all that I waited 1 hour and 15 mins....dont know why I went there to begin with !!

Order number:1095343 Date:5/29/22 6:36pm Ordered the extra bestest pepperoni pizza. I waited about 20 minutes. People came and went and a cashier finally asked what I was waiting for. They had my order ready the whole time. They just made me stand there an extra 15minutes because they need more training. The client who got her order before me complained about the same pizza I ordered and even asked me if that looked like it had extra pepperoni and it did not, it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza to me. She complained, clerk denied it, and client walked away upset. I got my pizza next, opened it and told the young lady that I ordered the extra bestest pizza and they gave me a regular and she said that this was it. I told her I can count the pepperonies per slice. One slice had just 2 pepperoni, various slices had just 1 pepperoni and she said all the pepperoni is hidden under the cheese. I insisted that I have purchased the pizza with extra pepperoni before and it actually had extra pepperoni. She asked if I want to see the regular pepperoni pizza so I can compare. It is obvious they just diminished the amount of ingredients they put on the pizzas. The pepperoni pizza now looks like a cheese pizza with one pepperoni per slice. Comical. I got home and looked for the pepperoni the cashier claimed was hidden under the cheese and I couldn't find it. They tricked me. After my job, I sometimes stop by other locations in affluent areas where they actually make their pizzas with respect towards their clientele. I thought today I was going to get a standard pizza like I usually get in little Caesars in Rancho. But this time I decided to stop by here because it's closer to home. It's not fair to pay the same price affluent people pay in other areas, and get less quality. Unfair and borderline racist. Never going here again.

To begin with, what a dangerous place there are always men outside who look at you trying to intimidate you or sell you something or maybe even assault you, I don't know why nobody does anything to remove those people from outside the place. On the other hand if you want to order a pizza other than the typical pepperoni pizza, DO NOT DO IT here !! I recommend that you go somewhere else. In this place the workers make terrible pizza, badly made, it seems that they cut it with their feet, I wanted to try the new pizza "Slices-N-Stix" ... it was horrible !! I also ordered a Hula Hawiian for the first time and I regretted it because nobody liked it, it was very poor too, very bad pizza really.

This is the second time I've had a quality issue with a pizza that I've purchased from here. I come in on a Sunday late morning. No customers plenty of employees yet nobody answers the phone. I ordered a deep dish pizza which either they did not allow the dough to proof enough or didn't stretch it enough and it was the tiniest pizza ever. I have two kids with disabilities and on a restricted income. So eating out is a luxury for us even if it's just a $10 pizza. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager just looked at me from across the room yet let the employee handle it. And I was given some sorry lame excuse of them not having a lot of deep dish crust available. If you cannot provide quality product and don't provide it at all. For now on I'll be going to the location on baseline.

So I already wasn't having a good day. I decided to stop by Little Caesars Pizza so that I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of making dinner. What I ended up getting was an extremely hideous Pizza with exaggerated unevenness I took some slices out so you can see the size difference in slices not only that but the toppings were kind of just tossed onto the pizza. Sad say it made my day a lot worse and I love Little Caesars 💔
