I'm not big on shopping at Vons as they're so expensive. But this visit was really a good one. Mostly due to several nice employees that were friendly, and very helpful in finding what I was looking for.

This is my favorite Vons of all in my greater neighborhood area. Wonderful selection, friendly workers, and friendly customers. I went there for my special laundry detergent and it was even on sale.

I just wanted to send some Money using Western Union and received the worst service and customer care from the Operations Manager. Absolutely rude and didn’t even care to help. I requested the name of the Store Manager and said something line Nolberto Sanchez. I hope Mr. Sanchez reads this and gets back to me for training purposes of their own employees. Mr. Kevin was a witness as he was helping at the self checkouts. I don’t have the name of the Operations Manager but I did take pictures that I can share with the Store Manager to identify this individual. No customer should be treated badly. I trust VONS will contact me to fix this. It's been more than 2 weeks and other than automatic responses I have not heard back from Store Manager to offer an explanation of the mistreatment I received. Here now I'm posting the picture of the individual who apparently was in a bad mood that day.

Clerk at self check was rude. Every Vons is set up different which makes it time consuming to shop especially if you are just picking up a couple items or you have to ask an employee where to be find Item.

I like Von's because the workers are in a Union. This particular store is always clean and very well stocked. The cashiers are usually friendly and helpful to shoppers. You can find some good deals, but prices are generally way too much. Some items are 1/3 to 1/2 more than other shopping stores. Don't go here if you are looking to save money on food is my advice. This Von's is in an excellent neighborhood and their parking is under the store in a parking garage. If you don't care about food prices than this is an excellent place to shop at.

Every one at Vons is very customer friendly. The shelves are well stocked and the store is clean. It's always a great place to get my grocery shopping done.

It's Vons, there are definably better places to shop but if you shop the sales and use your club card you can save some coin there. I do believe they have pretty good meat and produce. Store is always clean and stocked.

Sometimes this place is not very fun to go to but the customer service and the help that you get from the staff is amazing. I was in there to get a soda and was a little frustrated over the fact that there was about 2 million people trying to check out all at once. I went to the flower shop station and was able to check out with my soda and leave within 5 minutes. I'm very grateful to the worker at the flower shop.

So, I've been going here 40 yrs or so. I loved this store..its close and convenient . But now its Albertsons and now all we deal with lately during the day are long lines...and at night we deal with stock being all in front of what we want to pick out and purchase...there must be an osha or other regulation saying the aisles cannot have this much stuff in them until customers leave!! It's crazy that at 1030pm @ night stock was piled everywhere over my head even. And 2 days ago the check out lines were super long, so I went through the new self serve line where I waited for seniors who were having fun trying to use the new computers. But this gets better. We you leave Vons the carts will lock at the front tire if an item purchased hasn't been demagnetized by the checkout system. That means your cart just locks up making it block the exit, alarms and lights blaring... a cashier came to me and explained the self service registers didnt have the demagnetizer working, rendering my cart useless. Alarms blaring. So I took all my stuff out, and carried it to my vehicle. Between the horrible check out and the exit, This took about 25 minutes. On top of that they completely changed the location of everything and stopped carrying many gluten free items. This is difficult for me and my daughter as we both are allergic to flour. Luckily Sprouts is only a few blocks further, and has increased their gluten free products to around 45 percent of the store. Way to go Sprouts! Boo on Albertsons..workers have also been more strict with Albertsons compliance with coupons as well. So please dont embarrass yourselves when a worker denies giving you that deal you got when it was VONS. Its Albertsons now, and those days of having happy help that go the extra mile, may be over...although it seems to have settled down a bit there now. Look guys I'll always go to Vons and I love some of the old Vons staffers... but that store lately is just really very frustrating...Albertsons in general actually. photos of lines and stock heights and blockage to follow. COVID19 FOLLOW UP!! I bought on accident the wrong package of Kcups. They were 29.99 plus tax. Upon realization i brought it back to the store right away. The store refused to take the return back even with the receipt. This was the same sealed package that i walked out with 30 minutes before. Not only that, i was told to come see a manager, and ive now been there donning a mask and gloves 3 times. Theyve refused based on a new corporate Covid19 policy of no returns at VONS/Albertsons. I called corporate and the agreed. So they told me to hold on to it until they take returns again. Can you imagine? A food store making you hold onto to something you purchased until THEY decide for you when theyll take it back? Funny thing is i bought an open ice cream a few days before and i brought it back. After validating there were no seals on all the DREYERS vanilla. They told me to throw it in their trash and gave me a 6 dollar gift card, without ever collecting my inventory. You have sold me bad salmon straight from the meat dept, and black oscar meyer packaged chicken. The entire OM chicken packages were black that day. RUDE every time to the customers. And Very arbitrary on their decisions. And they were rude about it in each case. ALBERTSONS, VONS Covid does NOT give you a reason or excuse to be rude to your customer. And even thou you are open YOU CONSISTENTLY SUCK AS A CORPORATION! You can do better by your patrons...you must do better. THE RESULT IS THAT VONS/ALBERTSONSS IS IN VIOLATION OF THEIR CREDIT CARD AGREEMENTS WITH YOUR BANKS (IE MASTERCARD AMEX) AND WHEN I CALLED MY CC COMPANY THEY GAVE ME AN IMMEDIATE CREDIT AND TOLD ME TO KEEP THE PRODUCT
