I live in the community of Cupertino, and just witness a Cupertino florist delivery driver run a stop sign and then right after run a red red light. No care for pedestrian or other drivers on the road on a busy Saturday afternoon. Your establishment needs to have more responsible drivers. Driving a van with the company information.

Shopkeeper was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me find the flowers for an arrangement I planned to make. The arrangements turned out big and beautiful and the flowers are still alive a week later. Spent $100 to make 3 large arrangements, which seemed reasonable.

Needed a very special arrangement and wanted to work directly with a florist and not just order through a FTD service. After reading reviews, I chose Cupertino florist and the experience was EXCELLENT! I wanted something with a natural aesthetic incorporating my sisters favorite flowers. I don’t like a perfect shaped arrangement, I like more artsy. Bob delivered! My sister said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen. And she’s old and has seen many! LOL. Bob worked with me on names of flowers and other types I could put into the arrangement that I didn’t know about. He really listened and spent time helping me decide. I sincerely felt it was going to be beautiful by the time we finalized the order and I and my sister were so incredibly happy with the result. Thank you Bob!!

Fantastic customer service and flowers, of course! I looked at examples on website to see price points and then called and asked for something colorful and bright. Not only did they make a beautiful arrangement, they delivered it less than 3 hours later.

Excellent service! I ordered a sympathy bouquet by phone and Bob walked me through selection and ordering with patience and ease. The flowers were delivered just a few hours after I called and the communication process was better than I've experienced with any other business. They even sent a picture of the bouquet and confirmation of delivery. I only wish they were my local florist.

This review comes a little late but I have to give praise where praise is due and Cupertino Florist deserves all the attention and stars I can give them for the amazing floral arrangements they created for my father's funeral service. Bob listens with an open ear and heart. He told me, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you..." and he absolutely delivered. The sprays were so beautiful. He incorporated all our suggestions (my father's favorite flowers and more) and the end products blew away any expectations I had. Thank you so much, Bob and Cupertino Florist, for providing incredible service and stunning arrangements during a painful time. We really appreciate you!

I really liked the service I was given. I had called in flowers from Washington state to be delivered in SJ so I was skeptical on what I would be getting for my money, but the custom rose bouquet turned out awesome! They were able to make a same day delivery and the quality was great. I definitely will do business with them again!
