7 Best florist in San Jose, California (CA) 2024

Shopkeeper was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me find the flowers for an arrangement I planned to make. The arrangements turned out big and beautiful and the flowers are still alive a week later. Spent $100 to make 3 large arrangements, which seemed reasonable. ~Judy

Ugh kind of a nightmare of an experience. They changed my delivery location, they delivered it at a completely different time than what was agreed, and the note was missing! Left the bouquet on the floor outside for whoever to pick up. You know, at least the flower weres pretty. It’s a same about the service, though. Update: They came back to drop off the note and offered a free snack as an apology. 5 stars for the flowers, minus 2 stars for the delivery, plus 1 star for dropping off the missing note and peace offering. 4/5 in the end. Final update : They initiated and offered me a full refund for all the trouble. Guess it’s a 5/5 experience after all. ~Alexa

One star to four stars. 7/5/2022- Flowers for funeral. 7/9/2022 - Flowers never made it to the church for the funeral. 7/12/2022 Flowers never delivered to funeral service!!!! Manny said they would refund me and send flowers. No refund and for two days they have not answered the phone. So upsetting, I have used them for over 30 years and never had anything like this. 7/13/22 No answer 7/14/22 No answer 7/19/22- Still no refund for flowers that were never sent to the funeral service. Manny stated that the owners of Hill's Flowers don't want to do anything for my troubles. Terrible service. No remorse. 7/19/22- Finally got through and spoke with Emily. She looked into credit and returned credit. Having employee issues as all businesses are. I am changing the stars to 4. Lots of work and difficult to get a hold of. Very nice, once you are able to talk with someone. ~Dawn

Ralston Florist did all the floral for my wedding. It was the most beautiful setup and the freshest flowers I have every seen! The helped me through the process as I had no knowledge as to what flowers were available in the colors I liked during the time of year my wedding would be in. Everyone wanted to take home centerpieces. The centerpiece my mom took home lasted over 2 weeks after the wedding. Not to mention everything was set up and delivered without any issue! My favorite part, they made a comfy flower collar for my dog to be in our wedding. Thank you!! ~Kathryn
