One star to four stars. 7/5/2022- Flowers for funeral. 7/9/2022 - Flowers never made it to the church for the funeral. 7/12/2022 Flowers never delivered to funeral service!!!! Manny said they would refund me and send flowers. No refund and for two days they have not answered the phone. So upsetting, I have used them for over 30 years and never had anything like this. 7/13/22 No answer 7/14/22 No answer 7/19/22- Still no refund for flowers that were never sent to the funeral service. Manny stated that the owners of Hill's Flowers don't want to do anything for my troubles. Terrible service. No remorse. 7/19/22- Finally got through and spoke with Emily. She looked into credit and returned credit. Having employee issues as all businesses are. I am changing the stars to 4. Lots of work and difficult to get a hold of. Very nice, once you are able to talk with someone.

They always give the arrangements I pick a little extra something. I haven't gotten flowers anywhere else after coming here.

I was looking for a specific type of flower for a friends birthday and I stopped by Hill's Flowers. While Hill's did not have the flowers in stock they referred me to another florist nearby that most likely carry them. Hill's then told me that if that florist did not have them to call them and they would order them for me. I was very impressed with this level of service so I will be returning to Hill's when I am in need of flowers.

I have worked with them for years for valentine's, mothers day, special occasions and more. They are precise, have a keen eye for beauty, and local. I always love their work!

Is there a -5 stars? This place is unworthy for business. I purchased rose's to be delivered for valentines day and nothing. Not even a courtesy call to let me know there was a mix up or complication. I tried calling them to get my money back on my card and they don't answer my calls. Very disappointing.

Perhaps they knew how to pick the perfect flowers that would fit my girlfriend's appetite and satisfaction. Without their support, I could never make our first anniversary so memorable and romantic. I'd probably come over and over again to buy a bouquet that was a perfect way to make my girlfriend happy. Thank you very much for that.

Very unprofessional. Left me stranded at front door for 10 minutes and ignored me. Finally came over and said that business hours were changed due to COVID. Fine, but don't ignore me while we make eye contact for 10 minutes and I'm knocking. Super unprofessional. Business hours on the storefront still says 8 AM open time on weekdays

I ordered a bouquet online for my best frien’d birthday. I wanted it to be delivered on the day of but they couldn’t make that happen. They said it would have to be the next day even though I called early in the morning. The next day came and the flowers were still not delivered. I called and did not know what excuse to give me. I don’t even think they had the flowers arranged. Asked for my refund and I really hope I get it. Based on these other reviews it doesn’t look too promising. It was a mistake to order from them.

My aunt in Montana placed an FTD floral arrangement thru Hill's Flowers during the week before Christmas, and I cannot tell you how delighted I am with this beautiful bouquet. I just removed today the red carnations and a couple of the roses but the white flowers (not sure what they are!) and the white tulips are as fresh-looking as the day they arrived. I have changed the water and trimmed them but I have never had an arrangement of fresh flowers stay so long - almost 3 weeks! Thank you, Hill's Flowers!

The flower arrangement I just received was stunning. I can't thank you enough. My friend sent me flowers for my birthday, and you certainly made the day special. (BTW Please delete the automated material on your 800 number--it's extremely annoying to be asked what are obviously marketing questions before talking to someone. When I called your 408 number, I was immediately connected to a person, and she was very nice.)
