Ann created the most beautiful floral arrangement for my 99 year old mother who is in an assisted living residence. I do not live in the area but read her reviews on the internet. The reviews are spot on. She is very caring about her creations and her clients. She sent me a photo of the arrangement because my mother cannot take photos. My mother is so thrilled with the arrangement and says they are so much better than others I have sent her. I feel like I have a new friend.

You can tell that Ann is really passionate about what she does and that she really cares for her Brides. About a month before my wedding I contacted Ann because we decided that we wanted to hire a professional florist to do our wedding florals instead of trying to figure them out ourselves. Ann got back to me very promptly and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Not only that, but her prices were extremely reasonable. So thankful that we were able to find Ann in time for our wedding!

My mother was so thrilled to receive her gorgeous orchid birthday bouquet, she was barely able to leave me a voicemail! This is the third time I’ve called Ann to send a bouquet and she didn’t disappoint. I also learned today that Ann drives around on her off time bringing hot meals and flowers to seniors who don’t have families of their own. She’s an angel on earth! I was blown away by everything Ann created for my wedding day this June! I sent her a few photos of what I hoped the florals would look like and our color palette. Ann ran with it and I'm so grateful for the work that she did! She is very personable and sweet and really cares about delivering the best for her clients. The wedding coordinator at our venue said that her pergola florals were the best she'd ever seen! We were so incredibly happy with everything and many guests even took home the centerpieces! Very positive overall experience. Initially, the delivery of flowers were made in different vase than shown in picture. So reached out to Ann for clarification. She readily addressed my concern as vase has specific meaning for me and offered to send the flower when that specific vase is available. The flowers with correct vase were delivered in a weeks time and the flower arrangement looked beautiful as I was hoping for. Really happy with Ann prompt reply and handling. Will definitely recommend to friends and family to send flowers via Ann’s shop as whole experience was truly amazing.

We received exactly what I ordered. I asked for the "Designer's Choice" arrangement. I asked that it include few roses and lilies and said I preferred a low rather than a tall arrangement. The flowers that were delivered could not have been closer to what I ordered. Lovely hydrangeas, surround by greenery and smaller flowers with just a few roses for accent. Nothing more than what I would expect from Ann's Petals but still nice to get such a great arrangement.

Look no further - Ann's Petals is the best! 💐 Ann helped me surprise my girlfriend with an amazing flower arrangement that had everyone else gushing. Definitely made me look better as a boyfriend, but credit seriously goes to Ann 😅 Take a look at all the other reviews yourself and you'll also be confused why anyone would rate less than a 5/5
