Had no problems with them until they didn't even give me enough time to settle my bill and then sold it after sending me an email about my next bill. When I asked for the website for the auctions my unit was never on that site but I got an email anyway about how my unit sold. And the entire time I was in contact all they said was there was nothing they could do but they wanted to help. Yeah, sure sounds like it you liars.

Awesome Customer Service the Manager Z is awesome and very understanding and will work with you just be honest and communicate. Only downfall are hours wish they had extended hours available or were open a bit later than 6 pm But please beware they are extremely on it when they say you must be out by 6 pm so take it very seriously.

It’s hard to deal with a move but public storage made the transition easier. Kathy and Malani gave excellent customer service. They were informative, professional , and extremely friendly. The facility was clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to others .

Extremely well-maintained, clean, safe. We had some expensive audio/visual equipment there for four years, and when we finally emptied the locker everything looked the way it had when we first stored it. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

This team has been nothing but helpful as we have been moving my grandmas items into a storage for transitions between houses. They are super attentive and always willing to help. What has been the best to hear for me is that my grandma feels comfortable to come and be helped without us here since the team has been friendly and has always been willing to help.
