I needed a baby gift and am visiting from out of the area. I just ask Google to steer me to where baby clothes are sold near me...and up came Carter's! It was really close by (and had lots of other locations as well) so headed there today to pick out a gift. Carter's name recognition was the reason I went. If they could just stay little until their Carter's wear out....I remember that ad slogan when my adult children were babies!!! I couldn't believe the sales going on and was able to select 6 outfits for the price I would have spent on 2!! Great name, great value and close by...perfect experience!!!

Terrible customer service. No greetings and very rude attitude. There was a tall, black hair woman with an eye glasses and a short, curvy black hair woman working(aka chatting) there. Ordered something to pick up in store. I went there around noon and they just threw a huge box to you (the box didn’t even half full) and won’t even help you open it when I said I want to make a return. I asked for a scissor, they said they “don’t have any”. What a joke! I had to peel the tape off using my nails and they wouldn’t even let me put the box on the counter! They insisted I have to take the empty box with me. What if I didn’t pick it up? Didn’t they have to open it and put aside the box anyway?? I feel so humiliated. I guess I shouldn’t expect any kind of customer service or respect when I brought something on sale at Carter’s. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The two women definitely didn’t even want to work here. They were having this bad attitude the whole time, even with other customers. A company doesn’t value customer servixe doesn’t deserve my business. I will not shop at Carter’s any more.

Bad experience with online and store pick up too. They haunt you with emails to buy, when you purchase online it takes 7-9 days just to pick up in store. Other companies deliver it your home in that time frame and price. Target is best with 2hr pick up time. No curbside, waited for 15mins then went inside myself.

Extremely bad and unhelpful customer service. I tried to return something I bought online in store, hoping for some of that “hassle free returns” they promised on their receipt, and guess what, apparently they need the tags for a return. They said at first that they can’t resell items without a tag, which is why they wanted it. Nowhere does it say anything on the return policy about requiring tags. I called them out on it and the girl called the manager. What does the manager now say about the policy? Due to Covid, requiring tags are the “new policy.” What do tags have to do with Covid??? And why was it not updated? When I asked her that, all I got was more rudeness. I guess someone wasn’t feeling very helpful or appreciative of our business. I had planned to return the shoes and buy some more stuff in store, but who would want to do that after that treatment. Hope the rest of your day goes well, lady!

For a store that sells only infant & small child clothing, they NEVER leave room for a stroller to get through and around the racks. The store is nowhere near ADA compliant. As many times as we've come to the store, I don't think it is ever been any different. Today we walked in to hear the ONLY sales associate starting to process a return for a customer whom had no receipt or idea of when the items were purchased. 5 min. later 3 people were waiting to be checked out. 20 min. later, We were ready to check out, 9 MORE were waiting while this person was STILL being processed for the return. FINALLY another sales person appears to help out at the register. We were not going to wait for this to purchase 4 outfits. BTW. 11/3/19 and there is no Thanksgiving attire to be found. That being said, the racks do remain organized by size.

Split down the middle - girls clothes one side boys on the other - and they have such a wide selection. Moms of boys get it when we go shopping its limited but at Carters they have so much boy clothes its incredible. They are pricey but for the quality I would choose Carter's over any other store. I highly recommend.

Went to Carter's with my 5 month old and my husband. Had some returns and purchases. I asked the sales associate zibell a simple question - what size shoe to buy a 1 year old?! Without checking the chart she states buy size 6. When I did a quick glance at the size chart , it clearly says for 1 year old the shoe size is 4. I don't understand why it is that difficult to answer such a simple question !! She messed up the bill and when I questioned her she wanted me to call customer support to sort things out. Because of her I have to go through the hassle of talking to the customer support team. Worst is she did not even feel bad or sorry for the mistake and acted as though we were at fault !! Horrible experience. I love Carter's and I wish you employ folks that are empathetic and meet basic customer needs. Feel bad that I am giving a 1 star rating to this store !

they always have routine stock.. they say 50% or 20% off, but you see the prices keep changing along with the discounts. I prefer buying Carter's clothes in Kohl's or Target as they have reasonable prices when compared to here.

This Carter's I find super well organized and tidy. Parking is easy in the plaza, usually lots of doorbusters and clearance items, and friendly staff. The store's usually not very busy, so easy to go and take your time there.
