Today, I went to the bank, I felt the banker was talking to me rudely. That' not the wayhow business goes. She was explaining things properly bit it seems , she was not int the mood to help me. Not sure it was just the beginning of the day.

Went here to deposit a check. A lady pulled me out of the queue where I was waiting for 10 mins to make me fill a deposit slip before my turn. It took me 20 seconds to fill the slip but by then I lost my place in the line and had to wait another 15 mins. She didn't have to do that. I was thinking of opening a private investment account as it was close to my home but by then I was a bit upset about the customer service. Nevertheless I decided to enquire the details. Once they processed my check, I asked them for the restroom. They told me that they had them only for the staff. Me and my money walked away from that place. We shall stay with the international banks that know how to treat customers.

Staff was friendly; the assistant manager Justin was of huge help. He was honest & sincere in guiding us with our problems. We had so many questions but he was super patient in answering them.

Signed in at 5:45, no one talk to me till I get the teller at 6:08. I was told that all the banker are gone. I wasted over 20 mins at here. The overall experience are horrible.
