It’s a pharmacy, so sometimes, you wait. There’s so much involved with what they have to do: doctors, insurance, patients, legal issues, and suppliers that it boggles my mind what they go through to fill a prescription. And still, they almost always do it with a smile, at least at this location. I trust them with my life, literally. I started using this pharmacy when I relocated to Santa Clarita because it was close, but now I’ve moved so it’s quite a drive but I haven’t found another in town that has the same level of compassion and courtesy as this Walgreens.

I made an appointment and went in for a flu shot. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time. Normally, I wouldn't complain about it but here's what bothers me. I had an appointment. There were 2 people that arrived right before me as walk-ins and those 2 people received their shots before me. Furthermore, the lady giving the shot came out after the 3 of us waited 30 minutes and proceeded to give the 2 walk-ins their shot and then went back in and made me wait another 10 minutes. She couldn't just give all 3 of us shots? The worst part of this whole situation is that during those 40 minutes I was waiting, there were no other customers in the pharmacy area.

Head Pharmacists Lisa, Wayman, and the other woman who I believe is new but I forgot her name (sorry!) are always attentive, helpful, and incredibly friendly.
